San Diego is a melting pot of cultures. Your stay is in heart of San Diego. Our apartment is a walking distance from Balboa Park, San Diego Downtown, and Little Italy. Five a minute walk to Hillcrest and a mile far from Airport. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.



The Space:

This open-plan apartment is designed for comfort and style, featuring a premium, king-size mattress to ensure an exceptional night's sleep. Each piece of chic boutique furniture and decor has been meticulously hand-selected by a renowned San Diego interior designer, perfectly tailored to the specific charm of this unit.



The bedroom area provides complete privacy, separated tastefully by a dividing wall. Additional guests will appreciate the comfortable sofa bed, conveniently located in the inviting living area. Relax and unwind in the cozy lounge space, beautifully complemented by a stylish kitchen table ideal for dining, working, or enjoying a casual gathering.



One of the apartment's most striking features is its abundant natural light, flooding the space to create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Should you prefer a more intimate setting, easily adjustable faux wood blinds allow you complete control over the brightness and privacy of your surroundings.



The kitchenette is efficiently equipped to accommodate your needs, including a microwave, refrigerator, and an electric kettle. We’ve thoughtfully provided all necessary dishware and utensils for up to four guests, ensuring convenience and comfort during your stay.

Please note, this apartment is situated on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only; there is no elevator. Guests should be comfortable with navigating stairs to fully enjoy this luxurious retreat.

Guest Access:

Having a vehicle is ideal anywhere in California but not necessary when staying at this apartment. You will find many things are at a walking distance or short Uber/Lyft ride.



Balboa Park Museums are 0.4 miles away from our apartment.



The San Diego airport is 2.4 miles to our apartment, that is usually a couple minutes’ drive.



Little Italy and San Diego Downtown are short walking distance.



San Diego Convention Center is 0.7 miles away from our apartment



Hill Crest is 0.9 miles from our apartment.



Parking:



There are free and metered public parking available around the building. We do have a parking garage on property, but it is limited and is on a first come first serve basis, the fee for parking in our parking garage is 25$ per day. There is also parking on the streets surrounding our building. Be aware of the signage. Always make sure to lock your vehicle. Please make sure to email us prior to your arrival if you choose to purchase a parking day pass, so we can email a parking pass and you can place it on the drivers side dash where it is visible.



The Neighborhood:

Walking Distance to Balboa Park, Little Italy, San Diego Downtown. Couple miles away from San Diego's the most wonderful beaches. 5 minutes far from San Diego International Airport. The apartment is in heart of San Diego.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is ideal anywhere in California but not necessary when staying at this apartment. You will find many things are at a walking distance or short Uber/Lyft ride. The San Diego airport is couple miles to our apartment, that is usually a couple minutes’ drive. Little Italy and San Diego Downtown are short walking distance.
