We had a great stay! The location was the biggest highlight; it was perfect for attending the festival on the waterfront, and it made it easy to walk there. Having a 7-Eleven right next door was incredibly convenient for grabbing drinks, snacks, and other essentials. Check-in was easy, and the location made it easy to explore the area without driving.

This little condo was absolutely perfect for our needs. Bed was super comfortable, close to dozens of restaurants, and right on the trolley line. AC worked great, loved the extra spa shower heads in the shower, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Unit doesn’t have a kitchen but has a nice little area with a coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster oven. Over the years I have stayed in several condos in the little Italy area of San Diego and this was one of my favorite! The only thing I would point out if your not used to urban sounds the trolley and trains that are nearby could be an issue if your a light sleeper. I highly recommend this location!!!

Great Stay!

As advertised….perfect location with plenty of restaurants, shopping, nightlife, etc right outside the door yet not a lot of noise from the street. Would def stay here again.

Amazing location!

Perfect location to stay at while taking in ALL that San Diego has to offer. Located by shops, diners, the waterfront and more. Little Italy is such a fun place to explore.

Great location to Little Italy and other locations. I used the unit for work away and it worked out perfect for me. I would stay again.

Amazing Italy stay!

It was a perfect location to be close to everything! I would recommend to park during after hours. Ideally because not a lot of tourists know this, parking is free after 6pm.

Kettner Row stay

This spot was perfect for our stay during the holidays. It was not noisy which is great since it is right in the middle of everything. Great spot if your traveling with a pet.

Great Stay!

We had an amazing stay. Its a block from the trolley so super easy to get around downtown. Parking lot across the street was super accessible. If you plan on parking on the street, they street sweep Thursday, FYI. Place was the perfect fit for us.

Convenient location

Clean (except for a hairball on bedsheets) but other than that very neat and tidy. Easy access to restaurants and waterfront and Midway Museum (our new favorite museum!)

Conference Stay

Stayed in Little Italy for the first time. This unit was clean and cozy with a great location in Little Italy. The train to the convention center is one block from the unit!! Great stay I will be back!!

Convenient Location

Without a formal kitchen this place is a lot like an extra large efficiency hotel. Good location for food and walkable to downtown locales if you don’t mind a trek or a short Uber trip. Clean and as advertised.

Perfect location

Right next door to our daughter, walk ability, next to train/trolley. No need for car. Excellent food and entertainment options. Sound proof entrance with shades for peace and privacy

Long weekend stay for a concert at Rady Shell

Great place in a great location. A block away from Little Italy, 5 min walk to catch the ferry to Coronado. About 20-25 min walk to Gaslamp district, Petco, Rady Shell. Only took Uber to and from airport. Condo is clean and spacious for two. Will definitely stay again.

Slice of Paradice

We had an incredible stay at this rental property! The location was perfect—close to so many fun activities, delicious restaurants, and unique shops. We will truly miss the long, peaceful walks along the waterfront, which quickly became a highlight of our trip. The views of the Pacific Ocean were breathtaking, and the sunrises and sunsets were absolutely spectacular—a true slice of paradise! The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it a fantastic home base for exploring the area. We can't wait to return!
