This massive 2100 sq ft 2 BR condo has comes with massive 450 sq ft balcony designed for relaxing and entertaining. Located in the highest end building on the beach featuring world class amenities you could not ask for more. The Ocean Vistas building boasts an oceanfront pool, hot tub and fire pit. Just step out the building to those features and then down the ramp to the beach. The building also has an oceanfront fitness center, a club room with large TV and pool table, and a business center. The unit has all the space you could want and more with dual master bedrooms featuring King, a Queen bed and 2 single pull outs and each with attached bath, spacious kitchen, dining room, and family room with large flat screen TV. Luxury upgrades include wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. From flat screen TVs in the bedrooms to the wine refrigerator in the kitchen not a single amenity has been missed. Unit has access to (1) Parking Space in the secured garage! Pull out couch and roll away bed allow for up to 6 guests.

Absolutely wonderful vacation

We really enjoyed the location and space we had at your condo. I didn't realize that dogs can stay at the condo so when we got there my daughter had to make a trip to the hospital to get meds she needs to help her breathing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there in the future.

BEST OCEAN VISTA Property

The condo was large, clean and very comfortable. Check in process was personal and our host walked us not only thru the Condo but also the complex amenities. Although the complex is beach front this unit is not, however the balcony grill area was fabulous with Beach Front across the hall. Complex has beach front pool, fire pit and hot tub. Easy beach access which we walked daily. 4 minute drive to the Band Shell. We would DEFINITELY stay again. From California

Awesome rental

Melissa and the condo were amazing. We had a problem with the toilet in the small bathroom and Melissa was very punctual in responding. She had a plumber to repair it the next day. It tore up again and Melissa immediately got another plumber to repair the toilet. No more problems. Melissa corresponded with us regularly. She was the BEST. Stevie was also awesome in getting us settled into the condo.

Beach Vacation

Property was exactly as promised. Our travel plans changed and the property manager worked with us to accommodate our needs. Loved the beach access and couldn’t have asked for any more amenities in the condo or the property itself. This is a more residential area so no restaurants really in walking distance but this was fine for us. Grocery store is close by. We would definitely stay here again…. Thank you!
