Open living room and dining room displaying a large flat screen smart tv cable and internet included. Then if you tire from being inside, this condo's 440 sqft private balcony is the highlight of the vacation with more than enough seating for the whole family and a built-in electric grill for grilling out and listening to the waves. Family Vacation

Overall great stay. The property is in a great location, direct oceanfront. The unit is well maintained but is starting to show a little wear here and there. This didn’t bother us a bit, but might concern others who are ultra particular.Check in was easy, management absolutely wonderful, and the amenities in the unit and building are great. Overall, we would certainly consider this unit for a future family (6) vacation.

Family Vacation!

This is our second time staying at this property but the first in this specific unit. From the time we arrived until we departed Melissa the property managed was exceptional. The property has everything you could ever want in a rental and then some. The view from the balcony is amazing and the accommodations are nothing short of luxurious. The property is very secure, and the pool/hot tub were always maintained to a high degree. We definitely will be staying here again next year when we return to the area.

Getaway from reality

From booking to check out the process was so easy and enjoyable! This was our third trip to Ocean Vistas and by far the best! The condo is just as pictured and has anything you would need while visiting. We cooked several times and it was like cooking at home. The condo is so spacious and comfortable. We throughly enjoyed the balcony every evening watching the night sky and relaxing. It really is like having two master suites! Already looking to book again. We took advantage of the pool and weight room as well. Hats of to the property manager!

Great place

The co do was great. It was spacious and had a perfect view. Check in and checkout were easy. The condo had three parking spaces. Th EU are a tight fit but are right next to the elevator. The condo was clean, modern, and everything worked. It’s a short walk to the pool and the beach. Beach access was easy and it wasn’t very crowded. I would stay there again.

Fantastic views, ASTOUNDING penthouse, wonderful memories.

This condo is more than just a condo. It's basically a resort in the sky. All the amenities you could ask for, the space you need, and views that don't quit. We've visited New Smyrna and Destin and have never had a place like this. While we love most condos we stay in, this one is a few levels above anything we've ever experienced. Great communication from the agents, a personal tour on arrival, and access to all amenities. Hands down, best rental ever!

Best Vacation EVER!!!!

From the second my front 2 wheels entered the property we were in heaven!!! Melissa’s daughter greeted us and took us on a tour of the property. She showed us all the amenities and told us how to get in touch with her mom, Melissa. Melissa was quick to respond to any of our questions we had. Her Customer Service was UNMATCHED!!! The views that we had were AMAZING. Already planning on returning next year!!!

Check in was seamless. However, once in, the air conditioning didn’t work. Was told to see how the night went. House got to 82 degrees. They did come fix it the next day. Went to go to sleep and the sheets had blood stains and hair on them. There was not an extra set available. They did bring sheets the next day. Ice maker didn’t work and the freezer didn’t work. Lost a lot of frozen food from not knowing. Great deck and outside furniture was

This is a beautiful, ocean front condo. Always very clean. Host and onsite attendants are very responsive to any needs that you may have. Codo has many amenities such as weightroom/sauna, recreation room, including a pool table, nice pool,/hot tub and fire pit area.Highly recommended!
