Immaculately renovated modern downstairs efficiency studio, one door down from State Street. Enjoy the Samsung split cooling and heating system and an electric fireplace for ultimate comfort. Includes a flat screen smart TV with streaming and casting features. A private bath with a rain shower, kitchenette with Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, and a patio with bistro set complete this uniquely appointed stay in Santa Barbara. *In an effort to support sustainable tourism and reduce our carbon footprint, we provide Public Goods toiletries, compostable sponges, trash bags, and green cleaning products.*

NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below an upper unit. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and let them know to please be respectful of their noise level to not disturb downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call our dedicated hospitality line and we will reach out to the guests above to remedy the situation immediately.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.*

*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking.

## Access

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.

This complex does not have live TV service. All TVs are equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The unit has fast wifi.

## Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

The condo is in a great location. We walked to the mission and down State Street. It's also very clean, nicely equipped and in a nice and quiet area. The host was very responsive to our needs. We would definitely rent this condo again!!

This place is beautiful, clean and in a perfect location to walk to all the shops and restaurants on State Street in Santa Barbara. My daughter and I stayed there for her UCSB orientation (about 10 minutes up the 101) and it was perfect. We'll be back.

Amazing stay!

I ran luxury hotels for over 10 years and II have had nothing but bad experiences renting personal properties. But this property knocked it out of the park. I had some of the best sleep of my life. The betting the amenities, everything was excellent. My only minor minor detail was the floors were pretty dusty and there was scheduled road work in the area. Otherwise, I would highly highly highly highly highly recommend, and we'll definitely be using this property. The service and company in my visit.

Zero privacy. No water in the shower. No place for a garment hangar. Motion detectors???

This place might be OK if and when it's finished but it's being rented out while work is being completed and this ALMOST ruined our trip. Is a shower too much to ask? Yes. No Water. Not, no hot water, NO WATER. Anyone can see in the windows into the bathroom, and from the bathroom one can easily see a person entering a passcode into the entryway of the adjacent unit. No place to put a garment on a hangar, just knobs on a dresser drawer, or a doorknob where things drag on the floor...but by far the worst is who thinks a motion detector in a bathroom is a good idea??? You get up in the middle of the night, all the lights come on, and there is no way to disable it. You can't have ice, there's no way to make it or keep it. The microwave popcorn was a nice touch and if they finish this unit right, it may well be a nice place to stay but not now, especially for female travelers.

Girlfriend vacation

We enjoyed the location of this unit. We walked to star bucks each morning and also to dinners in the evening. Parking was not an issue. We contacted management a couple times and they were very quick to respond to our needs.

Santa Barbara Hot Spot Dream

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The location is so close to all the best restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. Check-in was breeze and the room was cozy with the fireplace. We will definitely be back very soon!

Mini Italy

Beautiful property and decor. Room was absolutely gorgeous and the fire place made it even more cozy. Very romantic and gorgeous shower This is definitely a mini Italy mixed with Santa Barbara vibe to it and my wife and I loved it for our honeymoon weekend getaway before Costa Rica. Misty was the absolute best to work with!

Wonderful place to stay in Santa Barbara

This rental is a great alternative to a hotel. While there is not a full kitchen (just a microwave, sink and small refrigerator), the room is spacious and has everything else you could want. There was a desk, a table with two chairs, a dresser and a closet in our room. there was also a small outdoor area with a table and two chairs. The king bed was very comfortable. The property manager was immediately responsive when we had a small problem getting in. The location is lots of fun - just off of State Street - with a small grocery store with a deli and a coffee shop a block away. It's within walking distance of more restaurants than I could name. I will definitely stay here again.

Good Overall

Pretty good spot. Stayed here 3 nights which was the equivalent to my mortgage payment lol Location is solid. We felt close to most things but far enough away from the busier downtown shopping area. Which is preferred for us. This unit in particular is basically a typical hotel room. Walk in the door to a nice sized room with a bed, a smaller mini fridge, a sink, coffee maker, and a normal bathroom. The bed was very comfortable for me and my spouse. It is handicap accessible based on how the shower is situated and no stairs at the front door. The linens seemed very clean. Good lighting and big windows for natural sunlight. The TV has every app you need to watch anything. Street parking wasn't an issue. Knocked off a star because floor seemed to be swept and not mopped. Shower head was clogged too. The neighborhood street is quiet and we felt relatively safe staying here. I'm sure the other units in the building are nice too.

Decent property

Overall a good stay - the bed was comfortable & the room was pretty clean. A few opportunities for the property however; it felt a little tired (could do with a re-paint), it was a bit noisy (street noise & upstairs property footsteps) & street parking was a bit of a hassle.
