Maple cabin is a rustic style cabin located near the Snow Summit Ski Resort and a short drive to local shopping and the Village.
Inside you will find all the basic amenities for a relaxing stay in Big Bear. The family room has a wood burning fireplace and large Flatscreen TV.
The dining area has ample seating for your group, step out onto the deck and grill on the propane barbecue. The kitchen has newer appliances including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. A standard coffee maker is provided.
Down the hall you will find a full bath in the hallway and the first bedroom offering a Queen bed and also has the laundry area with a full size washer and dryer available for your use.
Head upstairs where you will find the other two bedrooms in the home, both are set up with three twin beds, there is a powder bath in the hall and uniquely there are sinks in each bedroom, which makes washing up before bed a breeze.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
