Meraviglioso tre camere da letto con due bagni a due silenziosi acri sulla tranquilla Tom Nevers Moors.

Ogni amenità che puoi immaginare; letti e biancheria da letto di qualità, cucina completamente attrezzata, ottima posizione - porta i tuoi vestiti e i giocattoli da spiaggia!
Nantucket è una bellissima isola situata a 30 miglia al largo della costa di Cape Cod con una storia americana di 300 anni.

Tutto ciò che puoi immaginare da shopping, tour storici e musei, ristoranti di fama mondiale, golf, pesca, tennis ... e spiagge per soddisfare ogni gusto discriminante: da baie tranquille, Beach per bambini e Jetties per chi cerca una nuotata sicura e sicura per Cisco e Madaket dove puoi cavalcare le onde. E tutto in mezzo.

Cobblestone Main Street, case in scandole di cedro, cottage ricoperti di rose, barche a vela, fari, orologi per balene e molto altro ancora. Se ti piace la sabbia e il surf, sei nel posto giusto.

La nostra casa si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, tranquillo e privato con campi da tennis, cieli stellati come non hai mai visto prima e un ottimo posto per intrattenere.

Old-School Nantucket

We were the first renters of the year, so the 4 stars were for the bumps in the road -- getting the lawn mowed, the TV to work, re-cleaning of the kitchen. Once those issues were addressed, it was pleasant to settle into a lovely cottage. The house is family owned, and you could feel the generations of fun and relaxation as you take in the views and relax. These are modest accommodations -- it's not downtown Nantucket -- but for many, it will be a perfect retreat.

Perfect stay!

Our family had a wonderful time at Kevin’s home. It was perfect for our family of 5 and in a peaceful but convenient location. Kevin was very communicative and helpful leading up and during our stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Hope to be back for years to come!

Wonderful week at Nevermoor in Tom Nevers

We had a wonderful stay at the Nevermoor cottage in Tom Nevers. The cottage was clean and well-stocked with all we needed, plenty of towels and sheets, all kitchen necessities, and an outdoor charcoal grill. It was in a great location for us to bike to the beaches around Tom Nevers and Sconset. The house itself was very private and cozy, which was perfect for our family. Owner Kevin Ryan was very accessible and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was satisfactory, even letting us borrow a couple of his bikes. We hope we can return to Nevermoor!

Serenity in Tom Nevers

The Never Moor cottage is the perfect place for a Nantucket escape! Kevin, the owner is a delight! Very helpful, warm and welcoming! Our family of four had plenty of room. We had an amazing week, and would go back without a second thought.

My stay

The place is quaint and quiet. The location is great and the bus is 5 min walk to.The owner is super nice and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay there.

A Quintessential Nantucket Cottage

Such a charming and spacious house. Very quiet neighborhood just minutes from the best beaches, nature hikes and golf. Nevermoor

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s house. He was very helpful in prepping for the trip. The house had everything needed for a nice vacation with our 2 kids. The house is more spacious than the pictures show. Very quiet neighborhood. Thanks!!

Never Moor

We had a great time at Never Moor in August/September 2018. The house is great, very clean and in a perfect location. Quiet with a big yard, which was perfect for our kids to run around in. The kitchen was very well equipped, which we appreciated very much. There were several Adirondack style chairs in the back yard, but no table for outdoor dining. Would love one! Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definately be back! Thanks, Kelly Macomber

Peaceful, privately managed and well maintained neighborhood with access to private courts, away from the crowds , wide variety of beaches, short trip to town and 'Sconset, child friendly neighborhoods, quiet private roads where children can safely ride bikes, walk, etc., views of Sankaty Lighthouse, access to tennis courts, alot of open space to explore.

I, along with my father-in-in-law, and and my contractor built this house from the ground up. My wife and I discovered the beauty of Nantucket on our 10 year wedding anniversary, fell in love with it, and bought the plot of land on which we built our cottage.
