Our "Nevermoor" is a wonderfully charming three bedroom, two bath cape, on two quiet acres located within a private community on the peaceful moors of Tom Nevers.

Every amenity you can imagine; quality beds and bedding, fully equipped kitchen, great location. Private Tennis/ Pickleball courts located within the neighborhood.

Nantucket has a reliable shuttle service stopping at entrance of neighborhood all season.

Nevermoor

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s house. He was very helpful in prepping for the trip. The house had everything needed for a nice vacation with our 2 kids. The house is more spacious than the pictures show. Very quiet neighborhood. Thanks!!

Wonderful week at Nevermoor in Tom Nevers

We had a wonderful stay at the Nevermoor cottage in Tom Nevers. The cottage was clean and well-stocked with all we needed, plenty of towels and sheets, all kitchen necessities, and an outdoor charcoal grill. It was in a great location for us to bike to the beaches around Tom Nevers and Sconset. The house itself was very private and cozy, which was perfect for our family. Owner Kevin Ryan was very accessible and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was satisfactory, even letting us borrow a couple of his bikes. We hope we can return to Nevermoor!

Never Moor

We had a great time at Never Moor in August/September 2018. The house is great, very clean and in a perfect location. Quiet with a big yard, which was perfect for our kids to run around in. The kitchen was very well equipped, which we appreciated very much. There were several Adirondack style chairs in the back yard, but no table for outdoor dining. Would love one! Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definately be back! Thanks, Kelly Macomber

Old-School Nantucket

We were the first renters of the year, so the 4 stars were for the bumps in the road -- getting the lawn mowed, the TV to work, re-cleaning of the kitchen. Once those issues were addressed, it was pleasant to settle into a lovely cottage. The house is family owned, and you could feel the generations of fun and relaxation as you take in the views and relax. These are modest accommodations -- it's not downtown Nantucket -- but for many, it will be a perfect retreat.

Serenity in Tom Nevers

The Never Moor cottage is the perfect place for a Nantucket escape! Kevin, the owner is a delight! Very helpful, warm and welcoming! Our family of four had plenty of room. We had an amazing week, and would go back without a second thought.

A Quintessential Nantucket Cottage

Such a charming and spacious house. Very quiet neighborhood just minutes from the best beaches, nature hikes and golf. Peaceful, privately managed and well maintained neighborhood with access to private courts, away from the crowds , wide variety of beaches, short trip to town and 'Sconset, child friendly neighborhoods, quiet private roads where children can safely ride bikes, walk, etc., views of Sankaty Lighthouse, access to tennis courts, alot of open space to explore.

What makes this property unique

I, along with my father-in-in-law, and and my contractor built this house from the ground up. My wife and I discovered the beauty of Nantucket on our 10 year wedding anniversary, fell in love with it, and bought the plot of land on which we built our cottage.
