Beautiful area and the location in relationship to being able to get around (via driving) the rest of the island cannot be beat. This property sits inside of a resort so the amenities you have access to are more like a hotel and not a traditional Vrbo; for example, there are no dishes/silverware or ability to cook, and the laundry is currently 4 a load. Depending on what time of year you go, the beach in front of you may not be conducive to swimming. You will want a rental car if you want to snorkel or eat at a variety of restaurants. The locals can give you excellent recommendations on where to shop and eat beyond the typical tourist offerings. This property is quiet at night and the mattress is great. We definitely had a relaxing vacation!

The view from the room is absolutely beautiful! The owners very very responsive. We are more adventure seekers so did not use the pools very much but the grounds are lovely! We loved staying in Lihue and hope to come back again! Mahalo

I was nervous after reading reviews online, due to the construction. The lobby was closed and under renovation. This did not change my review. The grounds and pools were absolutely beautiful. The room was clean and the view was amazing. I loved that this resort was not crowded, unlike the others. I loved watching the sunrise. I would absolutely stay here again and can’t to come back!

The property was great and the food was excellent. Overall, the staff was great; however, we did encounter someone at the front desk who was unwilling to help due to the fact that we were Vrbo clients vs actual resort guests.

An oasis

We had an amazing stay here! I love the location - not in an overpopulated area (vs Poipu) and is tucked away next to the ocean. Great location in a mid-point which makes it convenient for going to the North and West parts of the island. The room was a great size and space and had some ocean view which was wonderful! 10/10 highly recommend!
