Everything we could have wanted!

This condo was in the perfect location! We could see the intracoastal waterway and it was close to shopping and the beach. Tara thought of almost everything we could need. The interior was new, clean and bright!

Very clean and comfortable

Condo was very clean upon check in! Tastefully decorated, with every utensil you might need. Location isn’t prime, but also not bad. A little further from the beach than I would prefer. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to friends and family. My only complaint was the coffee maker, it could use a Keurig.

Great place, lovely hostess

Would absolutely recommend this property as a great place for a solo traveler or small group. The location was great, walkable to the beach, grocery store, and trolley stop. Tara, the property owner was responsive and even dropped off a yoga mat for me. The apt was stocked with beach items, good kitchenware, and was clean. The community pool was well-maintained and was like having a private pool (I only saw one other guest the week I was there). Price was competitive and a good value. Thanks for everything, Tara!

Perfect Condo. Perfect stay!

The condo is beautiful. Spacious and convenient to everything. We loved our stay here and felt right at home. I cannot say enough good things about it. Stores are close by and the beach is just down the street. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great large walk in closet and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals while having a great view or watching tv. Balcony was spacious and we spent alot of time just relaxing and having a cocktail. Tara was an excellent host and took great care of us. Thank you so much

It keeps getting better!

This was our second stay at Tara’s condo on AMI. The first year we visited was our honeymoon, and we loved our stay so much we came back this year with our first baby on the way. The condo to our surprise was updated and even more beautiful than it already was! We love this condo because it’s PERFECT location, walkable to beaches, shopping (grocery and other) and beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset set. It is so comfortable, quiet and clean. It has everything stocked that you may need for the beach! Tara is a true angel and pleasure to rent from. We feel so welcomed and look forward to coming back yearly! Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Construction

First week of our stay was very nice, the last 3 weeks have been very noisy and inconvenient with the whole project undergoing rehab and exterior remodeling of stairs, front porches screen removal, handrails on second floors and irrigation systems updating which was not pointed out during booking and was known prior to. Left early by a day as the workers were solely on our building and couldn’t get out of unit during process at all. When construction is completed, reportedly by end of October, would be a great place.

Positively perfect!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying in this condo. The location is so convenient to grocery store, shops, church, and of course the beach! The sun rises, and the sunsets just spectacular! The condo is very clean and modern and beautifully decorated! I highly recommend this property.

We have been visiting Anna Maria for years, it is one of our favorite places on Earth. We are so excited to share our vacation spot with you and hope that you love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We love how close it is to everything we need - the beach is blocks away, Publix, CVS and various other shops are right across the street.

The free AMI trolley service has stops in two directions, making this a very walkable location. We often park our car and never use it again until we leave.

If you are 'walked out', this island is VERY golf cart and e-bike friendly with loads of different shops to rent them at.

What makes this property unique

We have rented countless times ourselves, it's always such a treat to explore new places and still have the comforts of home.

We love to cook our own meals and noticed that most rentals do not have many basics, like sharp knifes, let alone some of the more obscure items we like to use (like a zester or citrus juicer). We made sure that we stocked up our kitchen as well as our kitchen at home. Decent pans, sharp knifes (with a knife sharpener), hand citrus juicer among other items.

We also pride ourselves in being available to our guest - via text and mobile. If you need something, and it's possible to get it to you - we will do it.

We just try to treat our guest like we would want to be treated and absolutely LOVE repeat business.
