The views from the balcony were stunning. We sat outside on the balcony many nights watching the sunset. The condo itself had everything we needed and was comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything we needed- including beach chairs, towels ect. New flooring was great. Beach awesome. Condo a little tired but would definitely come back

Retirement Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Initially, having to climb 28 steps to bring luggage, groceries and beach gear was an inconvenience. But putting that aside it was amazing. We loved our beach home, The place was clean, large with a comfy bed and a great shower and I can’t forget the view! Perfect!! We were only a few steps away from the sugar beach and ocean. Great pool and location to shops and restaurants! Nice to have a protected place to shelter our rental car as well Check in was easy and any questions were answered quickly. I couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate the first few days of retirement! Can’t wait to go back!!

The Condo is very comfortable, clean and quiet! It was great to have the beach and pool right off the balcony and of course, the perfect spot to see the sunsets.

The perfect couples getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I wanted to go to place where the beaches were beautiful and not crowded. Just a laid back vibe. This was it! And the condo was perfect for us! It was welcoming and had all the comforts of home and very well equipped with all we would need. We flew and it was so nice that beach chairs,towels, an umbrella and cooler were provided for our use! It made our trip so easy! The location was perfect! We truly enjoyed being right on the beach, but the complex was small. The pool was a bonus for when you want to cool off and relax after a day on the beach. The condo was located on the island where you were only a short drive away from wonderful restaurants. The management company also was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions! We will definitely be back!

Nice Sunsets

Pros: Great location if you like the beach. The unit is the right size for two people. The pool is a good alternative to the beach. Amenities close by. Cons: The unit and the property could do with some updates. The ceiling fan on the balcony is ready to fall down. Suggestions: A bar height bistro set on the balcony would be great.

A bit dated, but clean and in a great location right on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpet and some of the upholstery were a bit worn and the dark woodwork, tile and cabinetry are dated. Having said that, the unit was very clean and the kitchen well stocked for cooking in, and much less expensive than the properties nearby. The location on the north end of Anna Maria is the best part of the island and this unit is right on the beach with a fantastic view of the beach and the remarkable sunsets!

Winter getaway

Our first time to Anna Maria Island. The property was clean and suited our needs. Gorgeous sunsets off the patio were amazing. The bed was comfortable. As prior reviews mentioned, the carpet is old and the colors are dark. You do have to go up 6 small flights of stairs to get to the unit. It wasn’t a problem for us. Beach chairs are available in a locker downstairs, near the laundry facilities.

Nice property but it could not sleep more than 2 people. There’s carpet everywhere and it’s dingy and dirty. Too bad. Could be a fabulous place.

Perfect Sunset Getaway

Located on a quiet part of the island, while still being close to many great restaurants. Property felt like home, including a comfortable bed and spacious rooms. Balcony was great for sunsets, and beach access could not be closer. Stayed at many AMI properties and would definitely return to this one!

Stairs and crowded on beach

The unit was nice and the beach was beautiful. The only issues for us was one the stairs we had to climb with suitcases and groceries I thought we were on a second floor in reality the car park was one so the second floor was really like a third floor. The other issue was that the complex is right next to a public access which I assume is why it was so crowded in front of our condo. Other than that it was great beautiful sunsets.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely view from vacation condo. And AMI is the best! The condo itself is in need of some TLC. The decor is very dated. Kitchen had no mixer and other things such as a blender. None of the usual things for the beach like beach chairs/umbrella (they had them before when we stayed here 2 yrs ago). Lots of little things that need some repair/updating. The unglazed brick shower may have been very clean, but it didn't feel that way.

Perfect spot

On the beach, top floor, wide balcony, enormous condo, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys in secure locker, barefoot through entry to beach. Near trolley stop. Sunsets from the balcony. We were able to decompress and totally enjoy our stay.

Outstanding

This rental is the perfect location on the island, literally a few steps to the beach with beachfront oceanfront views from the balcony. The unit is the perfect size for a couple and had EVERYTHING needed for a perfect week. A huge pool, beach chairs and umbrella, great bed and pillows. We have been going to Anna Maria Island for 7 years and this may be our fav rental.
