🚗 Getting Around

The Bear Den is accessed via a maintained dirt road, giving you that true Northwoods feel while still being easy to reach year-round (4WD recommended in heavy snow).

You’ll have parking for one car inside the attached garage and space for a second vehicle right in front of it. Additional shared parking is also available nearby if needed.

There is a Ring Doorbell + driveway cameras that actively record audio/video.
There is an Indoor decibel monitor (noise level only, no recording).
There are no cameras inside the home.

🆔 ID Verification Required
For the safety of our guests and the community, we use Truvi for identity verification. This requires uploading a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) after booking.

👤 Primary Renter Requirement
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, must be staying at the property, and is responsible for all guests and visitors during the stay.

🚭 No Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the property or within 50 feet of the building.
Any violation will result in a $250 fine
