Nestled on a quiet hillside across from the North Shore Winery, next to the golf course, just a few minutes down the road from Lutsen Mountains, hiking and biking trails and Lake Superior. You’ll have views of Lake Superior and easy access to all the area has to offer.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway with that special someone, human or pet :)

This luxury suite is the lower unit of a townhome.

Bed - King-sized with soft linens and plenty of pillows for a great night's rest.

Bathroom - Large walk-in shower and all the essentials, including towels, hairdryer, paper products, and organic shampoo and soaps. 

Living Room - Flat-screen TV and Roku device, cozy fireplace perfect for snuggling up on a chilly night. 

Kitchenette - Dinette table with 2 chairs, fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and induction hot plate with all necessary cookware/utensils.

Outdoor Space - Step outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery and fresh air from a sitting area and Adirondack chairs. Take in a sunrise with your morning coffee or sip your evening wine with a stunning view of Lake Superior and surrounding woods. 

100% of the cleaning fee is paid directly to our local cleaning crew. This cost is set to ensure our wonderful cleaners make a livable wage and can afford to live in the area.

*All living space is behind a locked door and is 100% private and is not shared. Please note there are two entrances to Hideaway. One is from the main entrance upstairs, where you enter a foyer and go down a 15-step stairway to another secure door. The second is a secure door that gives you direct access from the back

The suite was comfortable, nicely decorated, had a great view of the lake, close to the ski area and had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated that it was pet (cat) friendly so that our furry companions could be with us. We would certainly stay here again.

Great space and there was even a view of Lake Superior. Bonus was we were able to walk to the winery and hear live music 2 of the 3 nights we were there.

This is a beautifully maintained property, very close to the ski mountain. Our host was extremely responsive and all information was clear, with all commutation prompt and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property highly.

Unloading and loading was extremely challenging with all the inside stairs going down to the unit and no outside stairs on the bank/hill to reach the unit. Did not see a listing of the stairs on the description of property, think there were 20(?).

This was a cozy home base that was close to everything we wanted to do. The unit has a back door to the outside, making it very dog friendly! We'd definitely stay again.

Great location and comfortable stay.

Excellent location for exploring, restaurants and hiking. Great host communication. Very clean space, quality bedding with comfortable bed and nice outdoor view. Kitchen is small with an electric hotplate in addition to the microwave and everything you need is provided. Would stay again.

On the way to Thunder Bay

The property was warm and inviting, beautifully decorated and very clean. It is located near the ski hill, restaurant and winery and a short drive to a beautiful golf course. Perfect location and would definitely recommend!

Celebrated our anniversary; perfect location and beautiful space. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable; everything we needed was there. Loved that it was close to Lake Superior, Lutsen, and Grand Marais, making it easy to both hike and enjoy the setting. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

As advertised

This was my wife and my first visit to the MN Arrowhead. The “mylutsen” property we reserved was just as it was advertised. Any questions we had were promptly responded to by the owner. The “Hideaway” was as advertised; clean, spacious enough for two, very comfortable and convenient for all our sightseeing purposes. We would definitely return.
