Absolutely Amazing Place!!!

Look no further for the most amazing place to stay! There are ocean views from every room, the home layout is great for a family or group of friends, the host is super friendly and responsive, and the location is perfect!

Fabulous location!

Walk to everything in Pacific Beach. Go to sleep hearing the ocean. Great little place for 4 adults. The building shows its age but the condo is modern, clean and bright and comfortable. Right on the beach!

Beautiful condo with views from every room. No issues with check-in. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place. A huge bonus is the assigned underground parking. The parking does have a low clearance so nothing over six feet high will fit.

We had a wonderful time right on the beach. The home was very clean and so nice. Easy access into the lobby and condo. The garage parking is too small for a large vehicle so it’s a game trying to find parking elsewhere without getting ticketed or towed., Great location.

Fantastic Beach Front Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Views of the ocean were amazing from all areas of the condo! Enjoyed walking the trail to shops and dining, as well as easy and direct beach access. Another plus was the double bathrooms set up as semi separate units and comfy beds and fold down sofa sleepers. Also, walls were thick and sound in one room did not travel to another. We cracked the windows and were lulled to sleep by the ocean each night. Fantastic!

Wow the view

The views are just gorgeous. You go to sleep to the sound of waves. Everything you need for a week on the beach. Watch sunsets from the condo. Close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping if that's your thing. Felt safe enough to let teens go put alone. Will book again.

Great Location, building is a little dated but the condo was in good shape. Could have used more/better quality kitchen utensils. Wasn't allowed to check in early so had to wait around about 3 hours. Overall nice experience though.

Great place!

The condo was lovely: modern and very clean. The kitchen has all the basics too. The building is dated but clean. The pool and hot tub are tiny but offer a nice break from the crowed beach. Service was the best I’ve encountered. We arrived much earlier than expected and had trouble with the codes. The support team was super responsive and helpful. They even followed up! We would absolutely stay again. Only suggestions are softer sheets and beach towels.

Beach Reset

Location of this property is great. The unit was clean and met all our personal needs. Underground parking is a valuable addition especially at the beach. The building is close to restaurants however it is still located in a quieter area so very relaxing.The Building where the unit is located in doesn't represent the unit itself. The pictures of this unit however does represent it honestly. Clean, Cute,& Comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Clean unit in great location

Just what the title says: clean unit in great location! The codes for the entrances were changed, mid-week, and were not communicated to me. Other than that one annoying problem, everything was good. Thankfully, the weather was mild during my stay; I suspect this unit would be unbearable during hot weather. The pool was much smaller than the photo indicated, but the ocean was much larger!

Fantastic location

Fantastic location in front of the beach and in the heart of Pacific Beach. Large beautiful windows with a view of the surf in every room. The building itself is a bit old and dingy, but the apartment is new, nice, and well stocked with everything you'd want for the beach. WARNING: the garage entrance has only 6' of clearance - that won't fit a full sized SUV or a medium SUV with a roof rack. There is street parking, but it may be hard to find and you have to be careful not to be ticketed for overnight street cleaning.

Immaculate apartment, awesome location

This is a great place if you want to be right on the beachwalk in Pacific Beach. The apartment itself was immaculate with gorgeous views. The common areas of the building could use updating and carpet cleaning. FYI - no air conditioning, so it was a bit toasty when the setting sun was shining through the windows, but the evening ocean breezes cooled things nicely. I took one star off the check in rating because the front door lock wouldn't lock when we first arrived and we had to wait for the issue to be resolved. Someone came within an hour, so all was well in the end - so kudos to the responsive property management company.

Good view

This unit was right on the water so very easy to beach access. It was great having the windows open to listen to the ocean every night. It's on the second floor so felt safe leaving windows open. I will say there are a lot of homeless in the area. They don't bother you but as we walked south down towards Mission beach there seemed to be less. The building itself is old and looks a bit run down but the unit is very clean and nice. The owners responded very quickly to any questions we had. The parking is very tight so be careful if you plan to rent a large vehicle. Close to restaurants and souvenir shops. Had two teenage boys with us and they enjoyed the area.

This place is the best!

My family of 6 stood at this location. We where all very comfortable. The parking is easy, getting to the room is easy, getting to the beach is super easy. The view is amazing! No matter what room you are in, you will have a view. The cleaning request are easy, just respect the property. They have everything you will need. Some beach chairs, some buckets, pool towels, boogie board. I promise you will not regret staying here. I will debate ever staying at a motel, hotel, resort, ever again after staying here. Also for staying during spring break, the price was very very very good compared to other places as close to the beach. This host is on to something. He gives you a chance to have a amazing experience all while not breaking the bank in fees and overall price. If I could I’d give this host and location 10 stars. P.s the windows open. Don’t be shy.

Enjoyed our stay

My Wife and I, along with our two adult kids enjoyed our stay here! We're giving it 5 stars because the apartment itself was mostly brand new- from floors to cabinets, countertops, appliances, furniture, dishes, towels etc. they supplied all the small essentials like dish soap, wash soap, shampoos, paper towels, TP etc. Everything was very clean and ready to go. It really had all the amenities you could ask for. They provide a bunch of fans,,,and that's because there is NO air conditioner! So beware of this, you'll most likely have to keep your windows open most of the time! We were on second floor, so it felt safe. We had a lot of marine cloud cover so it wasn't too hot, but it was humid in the apartment at times. (mostly from unusual tropical weather) *But the fans helped and we did enjoy hearing the sounds of the waves at night. Our one disappointment is that the building itself looks tired and run down. We were concerned when we arrived, as there were other units with windows open and curtains hanging out almost as if they were abandoned. We thought we were in the wrong place. Hallways are dark and in need of updates, carpets etc. *But we were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the inside of this rental unit. And we would stay here again. Thank you!

AMAZING

The place was perfect! Location was great. The beach was right in front and there was easy access about a 7 min walk near the pier. There are stairs in front of the building but we had a wagon so it was easier for us to walk down the boardwalk and just past the pier. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Konos is highly recommended for breakfast and lunch. The place itself is amazing. We slept with the windows open every night and kept them open most of the time. The foot traffic with the boardwalk right there actually wasn't too bad at all, even at night. It was clean upon arrival and had plenty of towels and extra linens. There was even a vacuum which having kids was a big help. The place was stocked with starters such as paper towels, trash bags, laundry pods and dishwasher pods. It was enough for the week we were there. If you stay longer, would probably need to buy more. It's nicely remodeled and updated and had plenty of dishes and utensils. We didn't have a hard time finding parking right in front of the building or right on the side street. You do have to move your car if you park in the front along the boardwalk for street cleaning which was fine with us. We drive a full size Ford Expedition 4WD and our vehicle DID NOT FIT in the underground parking. We knew that ahead of time but anything smaller will be fine to park in the garage. The rental company was great to work with and responded fast. We would definitely stay here again and recommend renting this place!

Great location but...

The building is rather dumpy, but the condo is beautiful. Very clean & had tons of amenities. Didn't care for the window shades-not enough airflow & being on the 2 floor we were on display esp in pm. We all arrived around 8p.m. on 8-9-23. Beds were super comfy & had plenty of extra sheets & towels. Hubby & I came from Nor Cal by car & our friends came from Chicago . In all we were a party of six. The next day around noon we all gathered in the living room & were talking & laughing. We hadn't seen each other for years so we were having fun catching up. Next thing we know, there's a knock on our door. It's the neighbor across the hall asking us to keep it down because she has an elderly mother. We weren't even being loud or obnoxious, just enjoying catching up with friends. Funnily enough, this neighbor's name is Karen. Anyway, she came inside & was being very nosy, looking in each room & prattling on about how long she has lived in her condo & how much everything is changing. It was like we were in an episode of This is Your Life or something. I'm pretty sure she was looking for an excuse to have us removed, but we were not even drinking beer, just laughing. Later on during the weekend, her little head must have exploded because people were running around the halls, acting a fool & yelling. Our group continued laughing and carrying on & were still the quietest people in the place, besides good old Karen & her geriatric mother. Despite nosy Karen we had a Great time.
