Kiahuna Plantation #24 has the best that Poipu Beach offers. Kiahuna Plantation condos have a unique beachfront location in Poipu Beach, making it a favorite for vacationers for decades. The resort is set on 35 lush tropical acres, featuring orchid and cactus gardens as well as luxurious lawns. Unit 24 is located in building 6, with lanai on the great lawn and just steps from the beach. It is a partial ocean view, ground floor, end unit with a level entry. It is well-situated, encouraging the trade winds to flow through the unit. The condo was completely remodeled with an open concept floor plan, tile flooring throughout, and four extra wide louvers on the side walls. The fully-equipped kitchen features granite counter tops. The bathroom has a custom shower with rich tile detail and contains a washer/dryer. There is a King bed in the master bedroom (replaced in late February 2025) and a Queen sofa bed in the living room (replaced in mid-January 2025). There is a built-in entertainment center with a smart TV. BBQ grills are available on the great lawn off the lanai of our unit.
We have an outdoor closet, full of snorkel gear, beach chairs and umbrella, boogie boards, lawn games, kids beach toys, and a first aid kit.
Our guests have full access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club, which features a pool with water slide and kiddie pool, a spa, tennis and pickle ball courts, a ping pong table, and an open-air restaurant.
Our unit is managed by Castle Resorts & Hotels, with an office adjacent to our building. The office will give you the combination to the unit and a parking sticker. For guests who booked before March 1, 2026 and all guests who stay 7 nights or longer, Castle will collect your check-out cleaning fee of $277 plus taxes. As of March 1, 2026 Castle will collect a daily resort fee of $49 plus taxes for stays less than 7 nights. There is a Castle Reservation Fee (an Administrative Fee on VRBO) of $30 plus taxes that VRBO will collect. You can arrange for a towel change; ask the office for the current fee schedule. In 2025 the Hawaii tourist tax rate was 17.962%. In January 2026, this will increase to 18.712%. For all reservations made this year for 2026 we will have to charge an additional fee of 0.75% for the increased taxes. You can check with the office for other services that might be available. Pack N' Plays are available From Castle for $12/day subject to availability. Let us know of your need when you make your reservation so we can inform Castle. You can also report any problems you might encounter to the Castle office and they will do their best to take care of things. Please let us know about problems as well.
