The first floor will have a queen bedroom with window air conditioner and beautiful hallway bathroom with full size washer and dryer. The second level of the home offers two additional bedrooms, both with window air conditioning and another full size bathroom accessible to both the hallway and queen bedroom. The private back yard is the perfect setting for your cookouts on the gas grill and outside dining. Located on the northside, you are a quick drive to both Corporation Beach 2.1 miles and Mayflower Beach 2.7 miles.
