BEDROOMS & BATHS

The condo accommodates up to four guests in two suites, both outfitted with a flat-screen TV.

Sleep soundly on a stately king bed in the serene master suite. The pristine master bathroom is appointed with a finely tiled walk-in shower.

Comfort awaits in the guest suite, furnished with a plush queen bed. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, plus a double vanity.

This two-story condo is accessed via one flight of stairs at the street level entryway. There is no elevator. Bedrooms each have their own separate staircases from the living room area of the unit.

THE LOCATION

Asheville's best restaurants, pubs, and live music venues are steps away from this lovingly restored loft. Walk to Music Hall in less than a half-mile, or opt for a trip to The Orange Peel (0.6 miles) for a sampling of local acts and touring bands. The Funkatorium specializes in sour beers and tapas in 0.8 miles.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
