Just 30 yards from the stairs to an association beach, Eaton Park House is a classic beach cottage tucked into a quiet lakeshore community. This dog-friendly retreat sleeps up to 8 guests and makes a great home base for a laid-back week with the whole family — four-legged members included.



Inside, the open floor plan makes it easy to cook, lounge, and gather together. The kitchen is updated with a gas range and plenty of counter space for family-style meals or simple snacks before heading back out into the sunshine. After a day at the beach, cozy up in the living room, play a board game at the dining table, or step out onto the deck to relax in the dappled light of the shade trees.



This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home offers casual comfort, nostalgic charm, and the best kind of barefoot living. Whether you're catching golden hour on the beach or swapping stories around the table, Eaton Park House is an easy place to unwind, reconnect, and start a new tradition.



Please note: Lake Michigan's water levels and beach conditions change often — on some days the beach may be smaller or more expansive depending on the season and weather.

We're available in-person Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, to assist guests in planning their South Haven vacation and providing insider tips for an authentic local experience.



For our incoming guests:



Prior to your arrival you will receive all pertinent check-in information communicated via email and mobile SMS messaging, as well as a local destination guide with our personal recommendations on local eats and activities in the area.



We provide an after-hours emergency phone number to call in case an issue arises outside of our standard business hours. Additionally, we provide you with a mobile SMS number that you can text for non-emergency issues.
