There is no place like home, until you come to Pajaro Dunes Resort! Enjoy our unique Pajaro Dunes beach house! The house is great for sharing with multiple families or a reunion among friends - accommodates up to 12 guests. Our home is professionally managed - Professionally Sanitized with On Site care. We are here to make your stay a memory for the books!

With ocean views & a close proximity to the beach, you can't go wrong with kicking back, and putting your feet up in our cozy family home! There is a ramp up to the property, however we do not recommend this home for anyone with mobility issues as this is a multi-story home. Also available to enjoy, is a pink-pong table in the den, adirondak chairs & a large BBQ on the deck!

Enjoy panoramic views of the Monterey Bay coastline, as well as extra room for the family to get together with the den downstairs!

4 bedrooms + den, and 3 baths
The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, and 2 other guest rooms will each have a queen. Another guest room will have 2 twin beds, whereas the den will have 2 sofa sleepers! The recently remodeled guest bathroom has a bathtub for the kids to enjoy. The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

Your experience at Pajaro Dunes will be enjoyable! Admire the beauty of the sand dunes and enjoy miles of untouched shoreline. Collect sand dollars on the beach and watch the wildlife right outside your window. From seals, sea otters, whales, snowy plovers, to the magical sights of the pelicans flying overhead, step back and truly soak in the relaxation. Please be advised the fireplace in this home cannot be used until further notice.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Return furniture to its original position. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters.
After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Shoes in the home.No Pets Allowed $250 Per Day if pet found.No Smoking on Patio Decks. $250 fine.Allowed in designated areas.Quiet Time 10pm - 8am.
Guest list required for visiting guests. Put any used towels in washing machine, but do not start the cycle. Return furniture to original position.

Lovely! The ocean view wasn’t as direct as we had hoped. Other houses were in the way, but the beach was super accessible and we could hear the waves at night. The whole process of renting went smoothly and the house definitely met our needs.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our family vacation. One family member has a terminal illness so it most likely will be a last trip. This is a beautiful location and I’m thankful everyone made the effort. The only disappointment was there was no ping pong table but it was still an enjoyable experience. Thank you

Steps from the beach; perfect for a group

We had an amazing stay at this house! We were a group of 11 with 3 families and it fit us wonderfully. The teenagers loved the downstairs room. There was plenty of space for all of us at the table. The best part is that we were just steps from the beautiful beach. We really appreciated the communication from the office. We were in the middle of major January storms and so the check-in process was a little different. They called before we arrived to be sure that we were set. During our stay, there were evaluations in the vicinity and they checked in to be sure that we had the necessary information. It made us feel safe, despite the weather.

Great place but VRBO’s pricing was not a bargain! Will not use VRBO again! P

Not happy with VRBO! Pajaro Dunes offers 3 nights for cost of 2! VRBO charged me an extra $600 for 3rd night! I asked for a refund for that 3 rd night! Have not gotten a response! Very poor! I expect a reply and at least a partial refund on that 3rd night from VRBO! Stay was great but very poor business practice from VRBO!

Our stay was good but there were a few inconveniences

Our stay was good but there were a few inconveniences. 1) The bbq had normal wear and tear holes in the gas pipe and we were unable to use it. 2) The second floor sliding doors were hard to open esp the one leading to the main balcony 3) There was a stain on the comforter for one of the full beds downstairs so we had to wash the comforter before using it. 4) The kitchen blinds were hard to open and the border of the blinds fell on me while opening the blinds because it’s only secured by magnets. 5) The closet door of the downstairs bedroom with the 2 full beds was off track when we tried opening it. 6) We couldn’t bring all our trash out because there wasn’t any room outside
