Enjoy an evening sunset cocktail on the front porch lounge after a great beach day or fun/ relaxing pool day in the back yard. Perhaps host a dinner party on the back deck. Plenty of room for cooking or grilling. The location is super convenient only a short hop into Sag Harbor or a secluded bay beach. Main Beach is always another fun destination and only a few min drive. The neighborhood is quiet as there are no houses across the street. Beautifully landscaped and well maintained home.
