Grace by the Sea is a tranquil beach vacation townhome located in the quaint and low-key village of Blue Mountain Beach on 30A. We are the perfect spot for the quintessential 30A beach vacation. Our guests RAVE about our location, attention to detail, amenities and NO CLEANING FEES. We are just a two minute walk to the beach, and a quick walk to many fine & casual dining spots as well as shopping. A community pool, bikes, chairs, cooler, beach towels, umbrella, wagon. The space
The main bedroom is located on the second floor with a flat screen tv (50 in), blackout curtains and king sized mattress. The en-suite bath has a sink area with a separate shower and toilet. The bed is a new king size Serta-Hybrid mattress. We provide very comfortable linens and towels (for real sized people) for our guests. There is also a blow dryer in each full bath for guest use.

No need to live out of a suitcase, a generous wardrobe is there to unpack all your clothing and accessories. It also includes hangers, blowdryer, make-up mirror, iron and board for your convenience.

The main bedroom also offers a gulf-view. One of my favorite things is getting ready in the morning and seeing the water reflecting in the mirror of the main bedroom sink. We also love to have our our morning coffee or evening cocktail on the deck of the primary bedroom while watching the waves wash up on the shore.

The secondary bedroom is also on the second floor with the additional full bathroom. This bedroom includes a queen bed with quality linens and a 40 in flat screen tv with an X-box 1 (assorted games). The bunk beds are a fun sleeping area to be enjoyed by kids. Adults should stick to the queen or king bed.

All beds include private reading lights with USB charging stations. Each bedroom has a box fan for those guests who enjoy sleeping with "white noise".

The apartment sized laundry is located on the second floor with detergent and dryer sheets provided.

The living room has a sectional sofa to maximize space and to watch your favorite shows on the NEW 70" HD Smart TV with cable provided. Cable television and high speed wireless Internet for streaming movies (television connected to wifi and can stream from Amazon Prime, Netflix or other services). We also provide Direct Stream TV (premium cable and network channels) for our guests. It is the perfect spot for a movie night. Plenty of games, puzzles, books, and crayons (host is an educator and Montessori preschool owner) to keep every member of the family happy and entertained.

The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots/pans, dishes, barware, cutlery, coffee maker, french press as well as oil, spices, tea, foil, Tupperware, etc.

Enjoy dinner or afternoon drinks on the large deck that hosts the PolyWood dining set and umbrella (seating for 6).

Feel like relaxing and catching some rays away from the beach? There are two Polywood chaise loungers on the main deck as well.

As a bonus, we have FOUR beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs (6), cooler, beach towels, umbrella and plenty of sand and beach toys. (skim boards, boogie board, beach volleyball, football, etc.) This can all be hauled to the beach in the canvas wagon provided for our guests.

Our private outdoor shower has both hot and cold water. Leave the sand at the beach. There is more than enough space to shower and change the kiddos. The adults will also love rinsing off the sand and salt.

There is ample free covered parking and the unit can accommodate up to six cars or five cars and a golf cart. We doubt you will ever need to use all the free parking. In the past, some of our guests have rented golf carts to experience the 30A lifestyle. However, we are within walking distance to so much dining, shopping and the beach that the golf cart it not a necessity.

Blue Mountain Beach has so much to offer - Blue Mountain Creamery, Cowgirl Kitchen, For the Health of It, Big Daddy Bikes, Blue Mountain Bakery, Red Fish Taco, Johnny McTighe's Irish Pub and the infamous Redds Pub (for a fun and good time). Also, within a few miles - Local Catch, Mimmos, Goatfeathers, Shunk Gulley (one of our personal faves), Gulf Place, Grayton Brew Pub, AJ's Grayton Beach, Roux 30A, Hurricane Oyster Bar & Grill, VUE on 30A, Black Bear Bread Company and so much more! We are only 4 miles to Seaside and Watercolor, and 3 miles to Grayton Beach State Park.

Our townhome is located in Sandcastles by the Sea. This small townhome complex is just 300 feet to the world-famous Emerald Water! We are the perfect location for a small family or couple looking to enjoy all the beauty of 30A.

Please note that our unit has stairs and the BMB beach access also requires stairs (as with most beach access points on 30A). If navigating stairs is an issue for you or anyone in your party then unfortunately we are not the place for you to rent.
