Open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, with giant windows allowing the cabin to bring the outdoors all inside. Spacious covered deck to relax in the fresh mountain air. Park like setting backyard that's fenced in (perfect for small kids). Your loved ones will enjoy the tranquilly quiet area, perfect for family gatherings. See area waterfalls, enjoy the lakes and go white water rafting. Enjoy the forests, trees, rivers and nature hiking. Spend some time antiquing or wine tasting nearby vineyards.

Neighborhood is set on Hibberts Mountain. The fenced property is on the lower portion of the mountain on 1.3 acres with lots of space for barbecuing, picnicking and enjoying the outdoors. In the Summer, all is green and lush, warm and very shaded with trees. Fall the leaves are all orange, reds and yellow; temps are mild and vary. Winter is mild but can get cold. Spring is fresh and all in full bloom.

Absolute 5 Stars

If you have dogs or kids and want to get away this place is perfect. We have 2 shelties and they loved roaming the huge back yard and we knew they were safe with it all being fenced in. The owners have gates to partition off different areas of the deck and backyard. We had to contact them once over a question we had and they got back to us immediately. Great “curb” appeal when you’re driving up and both outside and inside very well maintained and clean. We look forward to staying here again. Thanks Melody and Gio

Great cabin, nice yard

This is a cute cabin w/an open floor plan. Lots of room & nice windows for a pretty view. The yard is huge so it’s perfect for your fur-babies. I love how the entire porch/deck is fenced in as well. This cabin is very quiet & a nice place to get away from city-life!

Peaceful cabin retreat

Very enjoyable stay. Property was clean and well maintained. The only TV was in the upstairs bedroom which does not work too well for two couples.

Great! Loved it!

We loved our stay and the property. The location is great; it was easy to find; it is quiet and the area feels and looks like a park. The fenced-in yards are nice; it is nicely landscaped and has lots of trees around it. I loved doing my yoga exercises on the front porch in the morning and watching the sun come up behind the trees. I loved listening to the trees rustle in the breeze and to the morning song of the birds, and I loved reading a book on the front porch. A rabbit came sit in the drive way every morning; then it hobbled away. On Sunday night we had visitors when we came back home: deer, a whole group of them! They were standing in the driveway in front of the house, then slowly moved to the side, stopped, and allowed me to take their picture and even a video. That was very special. We loved the open feel of the house, the big windows and the views, the quietness and remote feeling of the place. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We hope to return some day.

Tranquility. Quiet. Peaceful. Relaxing. Nature all around. Looking to get away and be nearby to hiking, fishing, marinas -- you are in and around a national park forrest. Downtown Murphy is 15 mins away as well as other towns of Blue Ridge, Hayesville, Andrews, Blairesville, etc... Want even more fun, the casino is only 25 mins away.
