Happy as a Clam is a brand new 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury townhouse built in 2022 with custom finishes throughout. Pride of ownership throughout this home, and we hope you feel welcome when you stay! Enjoy the reverse floorplan with the kitchen and living room on the top level! Several private patios to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze! Great central location, and you'll love the proximity to the beach! Outdoor shower and you need to do some remote work, there are two desks and fast wifi!
The Space:
Happy as a Clam is a 3 story townhome- please note there are stairs.
All Going Coastal properties include bed linens, bathing towels, paper products, and soaps/shampoos. Please bring your own beach gear, or we can recommend our favorite local vendors for rentals.
Guest Access:
Please enter through the gate (left side of the townhome) Guest access through side door.
Please note that guest will not have access to the garage.
The grill uses propane that each guest is responsible for providing for themselves. The grill is not part of the cleaning fee so please clean it after each use. Thank you.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is close to everything with a mix of vacationers and year round residents.
Getting Around:
- Free parking at townhome
-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town
-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.
-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

- Wilmington Airport and Downtown Wilmington less than 40 mins away.
- Take the ferry to enjoy Southport for the day!
