Clean minimal condo within walking distance to Playa Ocotal

Nice, clean condo with lush, tropical grounds. A small clean swimming pool on grounds. About a 15 minute walk up a big hill to Playa Ocotal. The furnishings are minimal and the condo could be updated a bit but it is clean and fine for sleeping in between adventures and beach days. One thing to note is the condo is at the back of the property and up stairs (no elevator) so if you have luggage be forewarned that you will have to carry or roll your luggage up the concrete walkway and stairs to the second floor condo or make sure to have someone who can assist (shuttle driver).
