About this property

2nd Floor guest quarters/apartment in a historic home with private entrance via back staircase/dining deck and traditional decor that's quintessentially Lexington. The kitchen has been recently renovated with all new appliances and is supplied with everything you may need (with the exception of food/drink) for a short or extended stay. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full size bed. The apartment is appointed with antique furnishings and decor and feels like a comfortable home away from home. The bathroom has a combination shower/tub and was also recently renovated. Linens are provided.
The rear of the home overlooks a private garden area with fire pit that's offered for guests' use, as is a gas grill upon request.
Located on an easily accessible but quiet street that's an entryway to the desirable Chevy Chase neighborhood with all manner of shops and restaurants only a short walk away. UK stadium (1.2 mi) and Rupp Arena (1.8mi) are walkable for those so inclined.
The owner resides on the first floor and is available to help with any issues that may arise but privacy for guests is assured.

Excellent location in Lexington

We were in town for a UK football game, we were able to walk to stadium, to wonderful eateries and entertainment locals! The guest quarters at this close in address was well maintained and very comfortable

Highly recommend this property. Able to walk to restaurants for dinner and walked to KY football stadium for Mizzou/KY football. Owner/hostess checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Susan for a great stay

Perfect place to stay in Lexingtion

Susan was the most accommodating thoughtful host. Upon arriving, we were greeted with fresh flowers and treats. The apartment is beautifully decorated with antique furnishings, lovely art, lamps, and books throughout. The kitchen and bath are fully stocked with everything you need and SO clean! The beds and the bedding were well appointed and comfortable. I enjoyed sitting outside and sipping my coffee on the front porch as well as the back porch, where there is the prettiest garden. We were so close to everything in Chevy Chase. A two minute walk to restaurants and shops. I will definitely stay here again!

Great hospitality

Of all the locations I’ve stayed Susan’s communication & hospitality was exceptional. The space was clean & comfortable. I would recommend this location for anyone visiting Lexington.
