Located in the heart of Kona, this newly renovated condo is a gem. Wake up every morning ready to enjoy beautiful Hawaii after a great night's sleep in the new queen bed. With its great location, you can experience all that Kona has to offer with ease!

When you enter this condo, you are immediately welcomed into an open kitchen and living room space. The kitchen comes fully stocked and ready to use, so whether you are simply making a fresh cup of Kona coffee in the morning or preparing a full meal for family and friends, you have everything you need.

Equipped with four barstools, there are no lonely cooks in this home! Hang out at the kitchen bar area, or move to the living room and enjoy the couch (which also has a queen-size pull-out bed!) There is a smart television that also has cable, so enjoy local programming or put on your favorite binge-worthy show for a cozy night. There is a small wall air conditioning unit for your comfort.

Immediately off the living room is a small lanai with comfortable hanging chairs. It overlooks a small grassy area with partial ocean views, making it the perfect spot to relax after a long day enjoying sunny Hawaii.

When it is time to call it an evening, close the beautiful shoji doors off of the living room and enjoy the new queen bed. Off of the bedroom, you will find a large closet for hanging clothing and a newly renovated bathroom with tile flooring. Enjoy the shower, and bathtub combination as well.

When it is time to venture out and explore, enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance from numerous eateries, shops, and even a couple of small beaches! If you are going on a cruise, head north to find several of the most picturesque white sand beaches Hawaii offers or head south several miles for some of the best snorkeling in the state.

Better than expected

We enjoyed the property, even though we use only to sleep because we were out all day, the property have all the amenities that you need as well as the utensils and more!! Location is a PLUS walking distance to the bay, restaurants and beach, also our last day we enjoyed the pool, overall a Super mini apartment.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time. Condo was super clean. We were able to use the kitchen to prepare meals. It would have been nice to have additional condiments or cooking essentials, but we made it work with what we had. We enjoyed being out in the lanai in the early morning or evenings. Beds were super comfy. AC worked well. Location was great and it was close to great shopping and restaurants in Kona. Grocery stores were within 5 minute drive. Parking space was convenient to condo entrance, and was easy to access. Overall, it was a great place.
