This cozy 2-story Townhome is located 1/2 mile from Beech Mountain skiing center and biking trails. The area offers many places for skiing, swimming, fishing, whitewater rafting, and tubing.
The townhouse accommodates 6 persons.
The 1st floor offers a fully equipped kitchen (dishware, cookware, coffee maker, stainless steel refrigerator with icemaker, stainless steel dishwasher, stainless steel flat top range, toaster, microwave), dining room, cozy family room, gas fireplace, 50"Smart TV, full bathroom with shower, washer /dryer, and a deck. Laminate floor throughout the house. Air conditioning unit is located next to the patio door..
The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms with Smart 32" TVs, a full bathroom, and a balcony. There are 3 queen size bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub on the 2nd floor. An Air conditioning unit is located in the center of the hallway.
Our 15 townhomes community shares:
- Indoor Heated Pool & Hot Tub. The Pool, Hot Tub and the Recreation room are accessible to condo owner and the rental guests only. The code to access the facility will be given to the guests prior to their arrival.
- Recreation room with ping pong table, pool table, air hockey, and a different place to play games of your choice or to spend time with your friends, library corner.
Other things to note:
Maximum occupancy is 6 persons .
Smoking is not allowed (including electrical cigarettes).
No pets are allowed.
There are 2 security cameras at the front door entrance and back deck entrance. It is for security only, does not view guest areas and records only when activated by motion.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Check-in time after 4 PM The check-out time prior to 11AM No smoking Dispose trash into the bear proof trash container located in the wooden shed.
Before leaving make sure all windows and doors are locked. Place dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start cycle
Turn Heat down to 50 degrees Turn fireplace wall timer off Leave dirty towels on the floor

The condo was great and completely met our needs and was well appointed. We got lots of natural snow while we were here and had a great time! Would definitely like to stay at this home again in the future!

We had a nice stay. The condo was very clean and they had everything we needed for a long weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and beds comfortable. The condo had good space for our family and is easy access to Beech Mtn. The walls are a little thin, but it is a quite community and we had no issues. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working during our time, but the pool was heated and clean. Would recommend this condo to others looking for a relaxing visit.

What a lovely place! It was perfect for our needs, good location, clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything we needed. It has a cozy cabin feel with all the trees. Love the layout with the rooms upstairs and the living space downstairs. Previous review said they walked to the summer concert series from here but we didn’t feel comfortable doing that with steep curvy roads and no sidewalks but catching the shuttle turned out to be easy enough. Owners were quick to reply when we had questions. All around great. Would recommend!

Lovely Winter Wonderland!

This year, I gave my family a weekend in the mountains for their Christmas gift! It was such a wonderful adventure at both App. and Beech mountains. Coming home to this cozy condo was the perfect ending to each day! They had absolutely everything we needed to cook lovely dinners each night. We will deliver be back!

Beach Mountain Stay

The condo was good, a little outdated but met my needs. I was disappointed by the pool and hot tub, both were in need of cleaning and repair. I took 4 teenagers that were looking forward to the recreation room and pool/hot tub that were very disappointed. The location was great as it is very close to beach mountain for skiing.

Cozy condo in the heart of a winter wonderland

This condo was so cute and beautifully decorated. It was very cozy for our stay and plenty of room for 5 people (2 adults and 3 teens). The kitchen had all we need to cook. We liked the fireplace that can be turned on with a press of a button. My teen boys enjoyed the amenity center with the pool table and ping pong. We got lucky, and it snowed the day before we got there (December 26), so there was plenty of snow on the ground to make the trip extra special for us Floridians. The area has a lot to do as well.

Beautiful house with all amenities

We had a wonderful stay from the beginning; from the conversations with the host before booking all the way to the check out process; it was seamless. The hosts gave us lots of suggestions of places to go and things to do and were so quick to answer all of my questions. The kids loved the rec room/pool. We loved the trail they recommended that’s within walking distance. The beds were so comfy, and the fire place was so cozy. The kitchen has everything you need and even had little snacks and coffee in case you need them. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with us. We can’t wait to come back.
