Ilikai Marina Building Notice - July 21, 2026
Please be advised that the building is currently undergoing exterior painting as part of its ongoing improvement project.
-Balcony access is available; however, exterior painting is still ongoing on the city side of the building.
-The project began in May 2025 and is currently scheduled for completion in Fall 2026.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while these building improvements are being completed.

The Ilikai Marina located at 1765 Ala Moana Blvd on the 15th Floor.

-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

Lovely apartment with wide marina and ocean views. Sunsets were wonderful. The apartment itself was clean, but some of the furniture a little dated. But, overall a very comfortable stay with lots of great amenities - I really appreciated the full kitchen. Fantastic location close to the mall and great restaurants.

Dirty outdated room

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Great location an lovely view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying here. The security guards were very kind and always let us park out front to load and unload our van; which we did often as we explored the island. Having the beach gear and pack n play was extremely helpful! The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to make/eat meals at home. The bed was decently comfortable. The couch is starting to see some wear (was a little dirty and sunken spots). The blinds in both the living and bedroom could be replaced/ updated (missing slats so couldn't fully shut). The bathroom exhaust is getting a little noisy/rattly but still functions (likely just showing its age) and the shower handle falls off but still operates if you put it back on.

This was an unexpected gem. I lived in Hawaii for a few years and this place is a score. The place is located in a great spot. There is the Chart House on the bottoms floor. The view was great. The housekeeping service does a great job. I am going to stay here going forward and wish I knew about it before.

Great Apartment and Location

This unit was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Location is great as I was attending a conference at the Hawaii Convention Center and was a short 10-15 minute walk.

Great Stay

Excellent property. Great view and exactly where you want to be in Honolulu. Beautifully clean and well appointed. Everything you could possibly want to have a great holiday. The parking is very convenient if you need it.

Best rental condo in Honolulu!

We've stayed at a couple different rentals around Honolulu, but this one if by far the best! My boyfriend loves that he can check the surf from the balcony and I love that I can walk to the beach, snorkel, grab food, groceries, etc all within walking distance.

Brilliant view

A very nice apartment and well appointed. Some aspects a bit "tired" but overall very nice. The view is fantastic, especially Hawaiian sunsets. Location at western end of Waikiki Beach is excellent. Parking and restaurants in the building very good.

Amazing place 🤩

Very convenient location, everything you need is within walking distance. Great views from the balcony as well as room window (if you’ll be staying at this place on any Friday make sure to enjoy the Waikiki beach firework show every Friday at 8pm) it was amazing. The room was very clean and we had no issues at all. Parking was very easy at the garage they have there. Overall I give it 5 stars and definitely will stay there again.

Beach Property

I do not want my name listed in the evaluation please We found the place very clean and well provisioned Location and view spectacular! Parking should be simplified. The unit could stand upgrading. I would recommend this property

Great location - close to it all!

A great space with a great view. Amenities were great and the location was walking distance to shopping, swimming and the views are gorgeous. The ONLY drawback was that attempting early Check in or later check out was difficult to communicate and get a response about. Do it in advance and you should be good to go (somehow my initial request was overlooked).
