The place was absolutely beautiful with so many gorgeous windows and natural light. It was also such a short walk from the beach access which was amazing. Me and my friends had an absolutely amazing time and we had plenty of space. The hosts were also extremely helpful with anything we needed!

Great place to stay, highly recommended!

We spent 2 nights here for a family vacation. Close walk to the beach with lots of small shells. Plenty of hot water for all guests to shower afterwards as well.

Absolutely lovely property - fully updated, convenient layout, amazing proximity to the beach and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future. Couldn’t have asked for a better home or location!

Beach weekend stay

The house was everything we hoped it was from the pictures and more! Gene and Sasha were extremely polite hosts making the check-in/out process super easy. Very nice in a very location I hope to be back in the future.

Clean and comfortable

This home is well maintained (everything worked!) and very clean. It was nicely stocked (coffee, filters, creamer, tea, honey, spices, paper goods, cookware). Owners were easy to contact for questions. Location was great for walking to the beach and John’s Pass. A great stay!

Great Family & Friends Stay at Treasure Island

Our family had a wonderful time here with our friends. It's a super easy walk to the beach with a cross-walk with flashing lights nearby (the cars stop immediately) and then the beach access is super close and straight ahead. The house is well stocked and each bedroom has a bathroom. The kitchen was well-stocked and there are beach chairs and toys available.

Treasure Island Beach Beauty

The listing is just as described. The house was amazing. Super Clean! It had everything we needed for our stay. Located across from the beach. Step outside the home and there is a crosswalk right out front. Ocean views from the upper “perch” balcony. Plenty of parking and you can walk to many restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with all the amenities

We loved this house. Great location. Very clean. Usually homes will have some amenities but this house had it all. Beach toys and equipment, beach towels, games for the kids to play, extra paper towels and toilet paper, even night lights in case littles got up at night. We will definitely be back to rent this home.

Treasure Island Escape

Excellent property! Immaculate! Had a little trouble with the TVs, but that was likely my tech skills (or lack of them). That 10:00 AM checkout time was tough. All in all, a wonderful property.

Perfect Beach Rental!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The beach access was just a short walk, making it so easy to enjoy the sand and water whenever we wanted. The hosts provided chairs, towels and beach toys for us to enjoy as well.The home itself was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. It was clear that the owners take great care of their property. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, there was plenty of extra linens, the beds were incredibly comfortable…I could go on and on.Finally, I can't say enough about the excellent communication with the hosts. Gene and Sasha were responsive, helpful, and provided all the information we needed before, during, and after our stay. I highly recommend this VRBO and would definitely stay here again

This property is amazing. The house is very clean, very well stocked, and decorated so beautifully. The beds are all comfortable and the linens are plush, high-end hotel quality. Everything you need for a day at the beach is provided, which makes packing easy. This place is easily walkable to everything. The beach is private and pristine. There are so many fun things to do at John's Pass. The house has plenty of room for a large group, both inside and outside. The hosts are incredibly responsive and go above and beyond. They even had a welcome basket full of snacks, along with a hand-written card when we arrived, Highly recommend this place! I would choose this place again and again; it's perfect!

Fantastic

We loved this house! The house was just beautiful and had everything we could have needed - and more! There was coffee and all the fixings and it was much appreciated. We were visiting from WY and ate our meals out enjoying all the seafood and a break from cooking at home! But…the kitchen was full of spices and small appliances that would have been great if we wanted to cook in. We did take advantage of the cork screw and the cocktail shaker they provided! The bedrooms/bathrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable . The hosts added many nice touches including clocks for each side of the bed, shampoo/body wash for the showers, and hair dryers! There were great decks with nice furniture to enjoy the warm weather and views - coffee was great from the top deck! The location of this house was so nice too! A short walk to the gorgeous beach as well as Johns Pass! The host were very helpful and even checked in with us when we had a day in a tropical storm! They responded quickly with any questions we had. I’m glad I waited to do my review because they have been the best! After arriving home, they sent a message saying we’d left an entire drawer of clothes! They were fantastic and packed them up to ship to us! We would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area!

We feel an immediate sense of calm and relaxation wash over us as we cross the bridge over the gentle emerald waters into Treasure Island. "The Perch" is perfectly situated steps from the beach while near everything that John's Pass Village has to offer.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We enjoyed our journey remodeling and designing the space and we're excited to share the home with you! Some of our favorite parts about the home include the top floor "Perch" with its gorgeous views of the gulf and perfect for finishing off a day with a memorable sunset.
