THINGS TO KNOW
-This building has two units: an upper and lower unit. They are not connected inside and are accessible from separate outside entrances, both located on the back of the building.
-This rental is for the lower unit.
-The front door goes to a space that is not rentable and will never have occupants.
-There are train tracks nearby, but there are no trains running on the track at this time.
-Streaming is available with guests' own account.
-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

This property was great! It was clean, the beds were so comfortable and it was very convenient to the concert we attended. The only complaint I have is that I didn't receive the door code until almost 35 minutes after my check-in time.

I never checked into this place. It looked abandoned and the surrounding felt Unsafe. The pictures do not match actual property. Waiting for a refund, as per Vacasa manager : Ericka.

Location to Black Mountain good. Railroad crossing arm down a lot so had to be creative on getting to main road. House outside looks like a dump. Very hard to get sound on tv. Very hard to get decent channels instead of kid channels. Water from shower head just a little stream. Trash can so full hard to get my trash in. Ended up moving out after first week so threw away money paid for second week. Too much stress trying to deal with things.

As good as could be expected for the price and area

The interior of the property was very nice and clean. This is a house split into 3 units. One upstairs and 2 downstairs. One of the downstairs units has a mattress on the floor and no other furnishings. Our unit was around back through a french door. The landscaping was awful as was the driveway. It's right by some train tracks too. The train really didn't bother us, but we did have to cross them to come and go. The neighbors seemed to be okay. They both have dogs but there wasn't an issue with barking. We thought that we were the only ones in the property but one night we came back and there was lights on upstairs but no cars. We heard movement upstairs that night, nothing crazy, but then they were gone the next day. We never saw a car or heard or seen anyone again so this raised a few red flags for us. The water pressure was awful. I had read the reviews before and was anticipating there to be an issue occasionally if someone else was using another unit. Like I said we were the only ones there the entire 5 days except that one night. The water pressure was bad the WHOLE time. It just dribbles out of the shower head and sink and then gets a little pressure and your good for a few minutes, then it dribbles again. I have a lot of hair and need high pressure to rinse the conditioner. It took forever. We booked this because it was close to the festival and affordable. I would say it was a good value for the price. The unit was pretty nice inside and had everything we needed.
