Historic Montford lies just north of the city center and is one of the most desirable places to live and stay in Asheville. It is a charming, scenic, residential district close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. It is ideal for taking leisurely strolls with a green-way on Reed Creek just a block from this carriage house and a park across the street perfect for picnics and people watching. Several eateries offer a variety of menus and libations within walking distance including Nile Mile, Tall John's, 5 Points, and All Day Darling. All of Asheville including the River Arts District, downtown, the South Slope, East side, and West Asheville are a mere 5-8 minute drive from your accommodations.
Guests will be given a unique code to access their unit and have the entire second floor to themselves including a private porch and back entrance which only they will use. Guests access the shared laundry facilities using a key via the ground floor of the adjacent building.
You will have one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. There is also ample unrestricted parking additional cars on the street at the end of the driveway.
