This newly renovated beautiful double dream house located 10 minutes from the Fairgrounds and 15 - 20 minutes from the French Quarter is perfect. Updated from a "Traditional" New Orleans double layout to a New Modern layout with independent rooms. Central heat and air with off street parking in front of the premisses. Beautifully renovated kitchen with energy efficient appliances and lots of cabinet space. Inside washer and dryer and a nice porch with sitting area with outdoor fans.
