Home, property and view are great. Steps from the beautiful sand beach. House is very well equipped for a large group. We are a family of 10 and it was good for everyone from baby to senior.

Great Location, Beautiful House

We had a great time staying here. It was a great house, had everything we needed, it was nice to have the AC units to keep rooms at a comfortable level. The location on Tunnels beach is amazing, views are great, and property is really nice. It was a wonderful house to stay at!

Family Vacation

Beautiful home in a fantastic location.We cooked in most nights, which was ideal, as it is a 20min drive to Hanalei. Well stocked kitchen allowing us to enjoy the process. Very spread out family room, allowing for lots of people to sit around and watch the game or play games. Great big kitchen table.Very comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. AC units in each bedroom were appreciated.

Fantastic Kauai House on the Beach

House was beautiful and extremely well appointed - kitchen especially. Home was right on a beautiful beach. Bedrooms and baths (all ensuite) were very nicely appointed and well maintained. Host was fantastic and very responsive. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood

This is a truly lovely vacation rental located in a very beautiful and secluded part of Kauai. The house is very large and the kitchen / living layout is great for enjoying time with family. The view is gorgeous and the beach is just outside.

Only bad part is leaving

Amazing home and best location on earth. Was perfect for our family and my sister’s family. The ocean was perfect for teenagers. Not sure it would be as great for younger kids as the calm part of the ocean is a bit of a walk but it was a perfect set of waves for teenagers. The hot tub was also lovely on the day it rained.

Perfect family vacation spot

We loved staying at this beautiful house. Perfect views of the beach, very well equipped with everything we needed, helpful property manager. There was no ping pong table that we could find and the twin beds are more like a couch, but otherwise everything was just as promised. The beach our front is very rough in the winter, so you definitely need to walk down to tunnels or Ha'ena to get in the water.

My wife picked out this home as her birthday destination. Although it was more than I had ever spent on a VRBO home, the pictures and her excitement pushed it forward. Then I began to email and talked to Leila, and that sealed the deal. Her voice and entire demeanor on the phone and emails were totally welcoming. When we arrived, the home exceeded our expectations and Leila's availability was always there via phone or text. We loved the whole vibe of this incredibly beautiful home in a perfect location. You want to be here!

Perfect for a Family Celebration

"Wow!" That was the first word we said as we stepped into Kaulana Naue. We selected this VRBO rentalto celebrate a couple of lifetime milestones with our sons and daughters (7 adults) and infant granddaughter. The house is even better than depicted in the photographs. We had enough space for everyone's privacy and the apartment was perfect for our granddaughter. The home is well-stocked with towels and is beautifully and comfortably furnished and decorated. The lanai has amazing views of the beach, a soothing hot tub, and plenty of outdoor seating for al fresco dining. The beach is just outside the back gate and provided hours of relaxing time walking in the surf, visiting the tidepools, and reading on the beach. Before we left, we were already planning a return trip!

Stunning Home

We arrived at night and walked into the house and loved the architecture, the layout, the furnishings-just everything, but it wasn't until the morning that we grasped the beauty of this property. I walked out of my room and turned right and was looking at this breathtaking view all across the back of the house. I am not kidding it was stunning. I watched as each person woke up and walked down the hall toward the front of the house to wake up to this view! No one could speak-just look. It really is something! The pictures do not do it justice. it really made it hard to leave and take in all that Kauai has to offer! We cooked a few meals here and there was absolutely EVERYTHING we needed in the kitchen. Eating on the deck was a treat for my 60th birthday-again the views of sunset (and sunrise) are gorgeous! We also found beach chairs and even toys for our grandson to enjoy. I had read that the home did not have air conditioning which didn't effect the main living area at all, but the bedrooms would get warm. We utilized the multiple fans through out the house to get comfortable at night. The steps to the beach were a little tricky, but I managed with a little help from my kids! We are already talking about coming back and spending Thanksgiving here in a few years if this house is still available! I was a little worried about "going all out" for this vacation as It is a long way from Virginia, but it was absolutely worth the long trip & the cost. This is where you want to stay!

This was one of the best vacation properties we have ever enjoyed. Beautiful home with everything and anything one could possibly hope for. Neat and tidy as a pin, we opened all the windows and sliding glass doors to let the warm breezes and the sounds of the waves run through the house. Just amazing. The beach is 10 feet off the house.

This is an incredible property, and one of the most peaceful and serene locations that you can imagine. The house is very large and open. The layout will allow for privacy if different families are staying together. The rooms are large and comfortable, with A/C units in each bedroom. The beach is a very short walk down a few steps, and the snorkling in the ocean over on this side of the island is breathtaking. Just a wonderful stay... thank you! PS - I'll upload some photos of the sunsets we took from the back porch.

Great Family home with plenty of room

We had an amazing time at this house. Beautiful ocean front property in a quiet neighborhood. It is an hour drive south to do most excursions. Hot tub was not working until our last night but the owner sent someone right away to check it-fortunately that was the only thing that didn’t work. The kitchen came very well stocked and the view was amazing! We all had a wonderful time there!

Soothing Seaside space

House that checks all the boxes!

Clean, spacious house with well equipped kitchen.Loved the layout of the house where 3 generations enjoyed time together but could also retreat to a different part of the house to enjoy quiet rejuvenation time when needed.Walked along the beach to Tunnels Beach and enjoyed the beach and gorgeous sunsets.Headed in other direction along the beach and enjoyed many different tidal pools with a totally different view and feel. We really liked having the outside shower to rinse the sand off before heading into the house.Whether relaxing on the beach in the beach chairs & umbrella provided at the house or enjoying the ocean view from the living room, dining area, kitchen or outside deck we always felt like we picked the perfect place to enjoy our family vacation together.

Everything and MORE!

The house is a dream! Spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and the view is spectacular. It feels like you are in your own little private piece of paradise. The host was easy to get ahold of and checked in on us multiple times to be sure all was going good. Ideal for a family or group vacation. It was everything we could have wished for and more. We hope to be back one day!
