Pristine new villa in the lovely seaside town of Indian Rocks Beach, 2 short blocks to the beach with intracoastal waters in your backyard. All newly renovated, both inside and out, enjoy unobstructed water views, private entrance, personal patio and your own show stopping indoor/outdoor fireplace. When you aren't lounging outside or taking a glide on our paddle board, you'll love the gourmet kitchen, comfy living room, two large TV's, cable/wifi, luxe memory foam beds & hotel like safe. There is docking for your boat, if you choose to come an explore the gulf & it’s many hidden treasures.
A very short walk to the peaceful shores of Indian Rocks Beach, where you may unwind & most days feel like you have your own private beach. There are stunning views along the beach of impressive homes and local wildlife, a must see. We have provided beach chairs and beach towels, as well as boogie boards, rafts, sand buckets and more for you to use during your stay. We encourage you to take advantage of your proximity to our lovely beach and of all the fun extras we have to offer.
The backyard will make you not want to leave the property. Directly on the water, we have an assortment of lounge chairs and seating for you to relax upon. You may fish off our dock or take the paddle board out for a whirl, there are steps off the dock for easy access into the water. We have a dual sided gas/charcoal grill to maximize your time next to the water, with a full outdoor dining set so you may eat comfortably. This backyard is the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee, meditation, sunset dinner or nightly stargazing.
The bedroom is gorgeous, you will enjoy a tranquil night sleep on the king memory foam bed underneath a dazzling chandelier. You also have your own television in the room with cable and Netflix access. Whether you travel heavy or light, you will find ample storage space for your belongings, there is a large closet and an opulent dresser in the room for your use.
The common area looks out directly onto the stunning tranquil intracoastal. The kitchen, dining and living room share this incredible view. The open floor plan affords guests the luxury of not missing out on any memories, like seeing the dolphins for the first time.
The gourmet kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker,espresso pot, microwave and other kitchen essentials for any level of cooking. You will love the picturesque dining room table, which is the perfect place for a holiday photo-op.
The living room has a large flat screen TV directly above your indoor/outdoor fireplace, and a comfy sectional to kickback on. This sectional pulls out into a queen size memory foam bed an if you want to sleep in, just close the blackout curtains or leave them open to wake to an amazing sunrises.
The bathroom is a dream, from the spa like shower to the chic vanity, you will feel luxurious after one use. The vanity has awesome lighting and a seat which makes it the perfect place to get ready for a night out or in. Directly next to the bathroom is a closet, where towels are provided, guests staying in the common space should use this closet for their belongings and store luggage. All sand-free items can be cleaned at your leisure in the washer/dryer, that is located in your villa.

There are many reputable boat, watercraft bike, moped rental places nearby. You may choose to bring your own watercraft(s), our dock is open for use to all of our guests at no additional charge. The boat launch/ramp is a 5 minute ride from the villa.
There is a wonderful shaded local children’s park just a short walk away, they also have tennis & basketball courts there(2-3 minute walk away).
Guests have full access to their villa as well as the backyard.
You will receive detailed instructions upon booking regarding your personal passcode to enter the property and your private space.
Our detailed manual will explain what guests may use and if there is anything off limits (brick oven). We want you to feel at home and have provided all of the amenities to do so.
This property has 3 separate villas. Our villa is by the entrance gate and yours is towards the rear of the property, on the water. We may cross paths amidst our daily comings and goings but we are extremely respectful of our guests privacy.

My partner and I love hosting our guests and want to make sure your stay is relaxing & full of wonderful seaside memories. You will receive a passcode specific to your reservation and can arrive any time after 4pm on the day of your reservation, and let yourself in. If you would like an earlier check-in time, please let me know upon booking. We cover all of the bases during confirmation and the in-home manual. We are available via the app or text anytime and will get back to you quickly.
Indian Rocks Beach is a walkable neighborhood, where families & the young at heart come to escape the winter chill, while the locals live here to enjoy the eternal summer. Along the beach you will find popular local shops and eateries, as well as beautiful homes & cottages. The beach itself has calm waters & is very tranquil, it’s the most private in the surrounding area.

Restaurants within walking distance of the villa: Cafe de Paris (Bakery/Breakfast & lunch crepes), Keegans Seafood Grille (Featured on Diners, Drivethru's and Dives), Guppy's & more close by. 5-10 minute drive from the villa: Publix, Restaurants Columbia, Seaweed, Salt Rock Grill, Cody’s Roadhouse, Cold Stone ice cream. The best part about IRB, is that it is close to everything. In as little as 10 minutes you can find yourself in Clearwater Beach & the Clearwater/St.Pete Airport -30 minutes to Downtown St. Pete, South Tampa, Tampa International Airport and other popular destinations in the surrounding area.
Whole Foods & Trader Joe’s close to Tampa Airport. Getting around: A reserved parking spot for each villa is provided on our parking pad. There is also additional free parking on the street, there are never any parking issues. Otherwise, it isn't necessary to have a car here, you can get most places on foot. However, if you'd like to venture over to Downtown St. Pete, Clearwater Beach or South Tampa, an Uber is the best way to get around & local car service.
Other things to note: We provide: In-unit washer/dryer, cable, WiFi Netflix, games (board game, checkers, chess, cards, dominos), a coded hotel-like safe for your valuables, fondue set, bar accessories, pots and pans, dinnerware, bath towels, beach towels, hair dryer, iron, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, pillows, linens and blankets for all beds & much more. Rules: 2 adult guests maximum. Please be responsible. No pets allowed, whatsoever. No parties or events at the villa. No smoking ANYTHING AT ALL inside the villa. Smoking in the backyard, private dock & your personal patio is fine, as long as all ash and butts are put in an ashtray.
