Family friendly pool home/3 bed 2 bath/ pet friendly/near Beaches and Tampa

Bring the whole family to this spacious and airy house with lots of room for fun. House comes with everything you will need for your vacation. Spend time by the pool (not heated) or drive to Tarpon Springs and try authentic Greek food. Swim with Manatees at Weeki Wachee. Close to beaches, state parks, restaurants and local attractions. Approximately 40 minutes from Tampa Airport.

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway situated in a safe and quiet residential area. There is a large tropical back yard with deck overlooking the river where you can relax and enjoy the tropical breeze and fish. 20 minutes from beautiful beaches, 40 minutes from Clearwater.

The space comprises of living room, dining area, full kitchen, family room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home has AC and heating. The kitchen has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The living area and family room both have smart TV's with Netflix and the wifi is free.

Linens and towels provided.

There is a small farm over the water at the back of the house with a resident donkey, which most guests find amusing. The farm animals can sometimes be loud.

There is a river behind the house. When it rains the garden can sometimes get waterlogged.

We are from Texas and came and stayed for a week. We truly loved staying at this property it was beautiful inside and out. The owners were quick to respond if we had any issues or concerns. Neighborhood was super quiet. The pool was relaxing and clean as well. Would definitely recommend.

New Port Richey House

Home was very clean inside when we arrived. Nice location and quiet neighborhood. Pool was very nice but not heated but we were ware of that before renting. Lanai was quite nice also. The only thing that dissappointed us was the gas grill was not useable. Very bad condition.

We had a wonderful 9 nights staying here. The house was exactly as described in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The owners were unbelievably kind and flexible and went out of their way to help us before and during our stay.If we return to this area we will 100% look at rebooking this house!

So perfect!

This house was so great! Especially with my 4 year old. The pool was a big hit! It’s not heated but with the hot weather it’s actually really nice. The sun is on the pool most of the day as well. The property was super clean. Pool was super clean. The host was super easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. This is also such a nice location to things to do in Tampa. Easy and short drives. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful properry in New Port Richey

The house and property were beautiful. Perfectly equiped and comfortable. Listing photos didn't do it justice. Lovely pool and covered patio were perfect. A deck overlooking a pond was an extra treat. One of the best we've stayed in.

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The house was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The home was also well-stocked with chairs, coolers, and pool toys. The property management team was very responsive and helpful when I had a few questions. The highlight for me was the beautiful pool and grounds. The beds were also very comfortable. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Lovely home, perfect for parents and 2 children. We didn't use the pool, but it was nice. The patio was very inviting. Everything was clean and nice. Easy to get to property. Very quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Family Vacation

This house was perfect for family. The pool was an excellent touch to keep the kids busy in between outings. The backyard you will definitely see some wildlife. I even saw parrots flying which was the coolest thing. Tarpon springs is a great spot to start your sightseeing venture. This house is in a great location so that you are just 15 to 30 minutes away from everything. I would absolutely recommend this location. house was clean from top to bottom and supplied with all of the tools that you need to have a good time and for cooking

New Port Richey Diamond

My family loved staying at the house on the river. Alison and Linden have put a lot of love and care into making this home inviting and comfortable. They are excellent with communication and making themselves accessible. Everything about their home was perfect. The location (proximity to family), the size, amenities and the pool all exceeded my expectations. First of all, the neighborhood is quiet and there is a lot of greenery around so you feel very secluded, even though in a large neighborhood. Inside, the home is spotless. All of the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. The bathrooms are updated and they provide a lot of towels, including many beach towels. The kitchen has everything you need, including a Keurig, lots of cookware and a dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable. All of the bedrooms and shared living spaces have nice, modern ceiling fans. The laundry room has a lot of space and large capacity washer and dryer. Outside, the pool was so inviting everyday. The screened enclosure kept out most of the bugs and debris and the sitting area has lots of seating which made for some nice mornings and evenings, enjoying coffee and cocktails. We saw so much wildlife, mostly birds and lizards. Interestingly, there is a small farm behind the property on the other side of the river. We heard chickens, roosters, a donkey and a horse. This was an unexpected but fun surprise. We would definitely book this home again for future visits.

Fantastic home

We loved our stay! We had such a great time, relaxing at the house and outside on the pool patio. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has tons of trees in the backyard with lots of birds. We loved sitting outside with our coffee in the morning and also in the evening to play games on the covered patio. The pool doesn’t have a heater, but it was warm enough for us in mid May. There is a playset that my daughter enjoyed and tons of pool toys. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. We really enjoyed the area and had a great day kayaking up in Weeki Wachee. We also enjoyed a visit to downtown Dunedin. We would definitely stay at this house again!

Perfect place for our family

Owners were prompt with communication and friendly. This was a great way to escape the frigid weather of Minnesota and experience the Florida "winter" that ranged from 63-75 degree highs. It felt great! As others have said, the pool is not heated, but that didn't stop our 12-year-old from jumping in even though it was a bit cold. We were close to friends in nearby Tarpon Springs and visited the Sponge Docks and took a fishing launch out into the gulf. We caught several grunts and porgis, enough to have a delicious meal of fish tacos. We also spent some time at Clearwater Beach, which is about a half hour or so away. There weren't many people swimming (basically no one), but I jumped in with one of my kids and another kid soon joined us. I would have thought the water would be more temperate, but it was cool! Still, if I am at the gulf, I'm going swimming! All in all this was a great place to have as our base of operations as we enjoyed everything the area had to offer.
