Welcome to Minette's Downtown Condo! This historic home is the perfect location for those who want to explore the area. You are just steps away from the dining and shopping of charming downtown Hendersonville and a short drive to area attractions like Carl Sandberg's home, hiking trails, and apple orchards and 30 minutes to lively downtown Asheville.

This warm and welcoming home is full of architectural details including original hardwood floors, doors and transom windows. The living room with porch access and gas fireplace is the perfect place to spend time with friends and family. Enjoy cooking in the open and bright kitchen with brand new appliances and dining in the breakfast nook.

You will be able to rest and relax in the beautifully decorated bedrooms. The primary bedroom has direct access to the deck and a private ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower and the second guest room has direct bathroom access also with large walk in shower.

Minette's Downtown Condo is the perfect place to relax and recharge while also enjoying all the sights and activities that Hendersonville has to offer!

This a great, clean place with all updated furniture and appliances. Weve stayed here twice, and I have reserved it again in September when I come back to Hendersonville. I recommend this to anyone who wants a nice 2 bedroom/bath with full access to everything to downtown Hendersonville.
