The property was great for us. The unit was well stocked and located in a very convenient spot in the complex. The pool and spa were also wonderful. Grocery store was just down the street and local brewery we could walk to.

Relaxing on the mountains in North Phoenix

The condo was well located and tidy. Incredible hiking just blocks away. Restaurants and bars for most any palate nearby. World class golf available within two miles and other golf opportunities available within five miles. Overall a very pleasant place to stay and Phillip was a pleasure to work with. We definitely plan on returning in 2024!

Well-appointed condo with access to hiking

This condo had everything! We enjoyed being able to walk to North Mountain to hike and playing pickleball on their new courts. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Pools and hot tubs were well maintained. Gated community was very quiet. The owner was exceptional in responding to my questions.

I live in Washington and enjoy Arizona on a regular basis. I lived in this very condo for two years after we bought it, because I was in Phoenix for a work assignment.

Why they chose this property

Owning this vacation rental fulfills a dream of ours that we have had for years, and we're excited to share it with you. A temporary/long-term work relocation resulted in us living in the condo for two years after we bought it. We're excited it is back on the VRBO market.

What makes this property unique

When we pulled into the parking lot and saw the mountains next door to both the East and West, we knew this was our place in Phoenix. When we're not hiking, biking, watching baseball, (or working), we enjoy the pools and hammock.
