Close to the river and just 1000 meters from the beach, the house is in a private road that offers tranquility and privacy. The open space creates an awesome atmosphere, you can have an outdoor experience while in the house, enjoying its comodities.

Beatriz's place was great! updated, comfortable, clean with a great location across the river just 5 min walk to town and 10 to the beach. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Beat our expectations!!

The property was butifull, clean , modern with every thing we needed even beach chairs and umbrella , and the neiborhoid was perfect short 5 min walk to town and nice and quiet will definitely try to stay again next year!!!

Cute little house!

We enjoyed our time at the house. It's a quiet area (except for the construction site in front) and it's a short walk to town. We really like the patio area to chill with all the beautiful flowers!

Perfect Stay

My daughters and I enjoyed a few days/nights in San Pancho area. The VRBO was easy to find with transportation from PV airport. It was clean and comfortable and safe. 10 minute walk through town to the beach. We had an issue with the key to the gate during our last day and the host was a phone call away to resolve the issue. Thank you!
