We enjoyed staying at Therese and Dave's place very much. The condo is beautifully updated and had everything we needed. We especially loved the balcony setup with the carpeting and the lovely patio furniture with a breathtaking view.

Right on the beach. Minimum distance to the water. Therese had excellent communication and even steered me in the right path for prompt service.The kids loved the area. Of course they made a b line to the water each day. Thank you for making my life a success from a Pa Pa viewpoint. Great location. Thanks!

Fantastic Stay

Beautiful fully renovated condo with every appliance you could need for a great stay. Building is well maintained and easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. Owners were easy to work with. I highly recommend and given the chance we will return next year.

Great Beach Home

Excellent location walking distance to many hotspots. Clean and comfortable accommodations. With a stool for bench for shower, could work for disabled visitors. Includes most amenities that other rentals omit.

LOVED our time at this rental!

This rental was perfect for us. We stayed several days/nights before we moved our son in at Eckerd College. It was ideal to be right on the beach and so convenient to be right across from all the great restaurants and shops at Johns Pass, as we had very limited free time. Can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

The condo was in a perfect location. Beautiful beach on one side and John’s Pass on the other. Condo was well stocked with anything you may need from beach chairs and towels, to cooking utensils. This condo has been remodeled and is beautiful and comfortable.

Excellent place

We just loved this stay. This was perfect from the location to the size of the unit for our family. We were able to use our pack and play in the room with the twin beds. This gave our three kids and us our own spaces. We would without a doubt stay here again.

St. Pete’s adventure.

The condo is lovely with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach access is easy and a great location. You are also centrally located to explore the surrounding areas with lots of beaches, shopping and other adventures in close proximity. Communication with owners was excellent and the check-in and checkout process was smooth. I hope to be back soon!

Amazing!!!

The condo was amazing! The owners did an excellent job with the renovations. It was one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. The owners were also easy to contact and gave detailed information about the condo and all the great things about the area. Being across from John’s Pass was awesome. There are so many great restaurants, stores, and things to do.
