Newly Reno’d On Gulf Prof Decor 2BR 2BA Condo Across Fr John's Pass.

This Newly Renovated Non-Smoking, 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach retreat is on the top floor (sixth level) and faces the Gulf of Mexico from a beautiful angle with spectacular views of the Gulf, John's Pass, and Village, and the bay with the Tropicana Dome in the far distance. Professionally decorated, this condo will make you feel at home. Crisp linens, custom decor, high speed wireless internet and cable TV are just a few of the amenities this vacation retreat has to offer.

On the South side, the condo has a long balcony off the master bedroom and living room that allows beautiful sunrise views. Within walking distance are shopping, Florida wine tasting, Casino Cruises, Sunset Cruises, Boat rentals, wave runners, para sailing, restaurants, shopping and more.

This almost 1,000 square foot, quiet condo has all new appliances, flat screen tvs, and is set up for complete cooking, serving, and dining. Bathrooms are stocked with hair dryers. The building is totally renovated and updated with fob entry required for access to elevators, stairwells, and beach with fob access for guests. There is a private mailbox for the unit. It is 30 miles from the Tampa Airport, 15 miles from the St Pete airport and 100 miles from Disney World and Epcot.

The sugary white sand is soft and gentle and the beach area deep and wide with a private atmosphere. The sunsets are breathtaking and wildlife abounds. You will often see dolphins playing just my outside the swim area in the evening or early morning.

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

The condo was in a perfect location. Beautiful beach on one side and John’s Pass on the other. Condo was well stocked with anything you may need from beach chairs and towels, to cooking utensils. This condo has been remodeled and is beautiful and comfortable.

Great Beach Home

Excellent location walking distance to many hotspots. Clean and comfortable accommodations. With a stool for bench for shower, could work for disabled visitors. Includes most amenities that other rentals omit.

LOVED our time at this rental!

This rental was perfect for us. We stayed several days/nights before we moved our son in at Eckerd College. It was ideal to be right on the beach and so convenient to be right across from all the great restaurants and shops at Johns Pass, as we had very limited free time. Can't wait to visit again!

St. Pete’s adventure.

The condo is lovely with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach access is easy and a great location. You are also centrally located to explore the surrounding areas with lots of beaches, shopping and other adventures in close proximity. Communication with owners was excellent and the check-in and checkout process was smooth. I hope to be back soon!

We just loved this stay. This was perfect from the location to the size of the unit for our family. We were able to use our pack and play in the room with the twin beds. This gave our three kids and us our own spaces. We would without a doubt stay here again.

Stunning place and location

Overall the location is perfect, steps from the beach, restaurants, shopping. We utilized the provided beach chairs and coolers. Great touch! The place itself is clean, well stocked, and updates and beautiful. I would highly recommend. We plan to stay again in the future! Only con: elevator broke and we had to use the stairs and carry everything up and down for days.

They didn’t skip any luxury in their upgrade process! The unit was gorgeous, the beds were beyond comfy, and that kitchen was my dream. Great views from the balcony, private entrance to the beach and a nice pool to cool off after the ocean.

The condo was amazing! The owners did an excellent job with the renovations. It was one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. The owners were also easy to contact and gave detailed information about the condo and all the great things about the area. Being across from John’s Pass was awesome. There are so many great restaurants, stores, and things to do.

Yearly family vacation

The apartment was beautiful. The rooms were Comfortable, spacious and clean. Everything you need if you fly in or drive. Location is great you can just walk to John’s pass and all types of restaurants and shops are located across the street. The beach was the best for me!!! Just walk downstairs and a few steps from the warm clear turquoise beach. I highly recommend this unit. Thank you and hope to see you next year
