Seaview 305 is Open for Guest Rental "Beautiful Oceanfront Condo"

Seaview 305...PARADISE… On a beautiful stretch of private, white sandy beach in the western Gulf of America, this is simply a fabulous vacation getaway!

Our 3rd floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath oceanfront corner unit will welcome you from the moment you walk through the door. We continue to make many upgrades every year to our spacious 1525 sq. ft. unit by painting all rooms with relaxing colors and adding beautiful decorations.

The large master bedroom has a king mattress and box springs. A 39” flat screen television has been mounted so you can watch television from your bed. Also, there is a beautifully upgraded on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has one queen and one twin bed, both pillow-top mattresses. A 39” flat-screen television has also been installed in this room. You will find plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. In addition, a queen size murphy bed cabinet in located in the living room for extra sleeping accommodations.

You will love the open plan of the living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen has been completely upgraded with all new floors and cabinets. Our living room has a 65" flat screen television, sectional furniture which fills the area nicely, and a queen size murphy bed cabinet for additional sleeping. Seating for six is available at the dining table, along with four breakfast bar stools facing the fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy the ocean view throughout these areas.

An in-suite washer and dryer, linens, telephone service and free wireless Internet is provided.

You can watch and listen to the waves wash over the white sand from our balcony. A patio table and seating for six, along with a lounge chair which is perfect for relaxing and watching dolphins play in the ocean or taking in one of Madeira Beach's majestic sunsets.

A newly renovated large, heated pool, Jacuzzi and an Outside Grill is available for your use. Our assigned covered parking space is conveniently located near the lobby entrance and elevator.

There are many shopping and restaurant opportunities nearby including the quaint Johns Pass Village offering shops, restaurants, and water sport rentals. Madeira Beach is thirty minutes from Busch Gardens and 90 minutes from Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios.

Great Stay as always

We had another amazing vacation in Madeira Beach and the Seaview is always our go to for accommodations. Great atmosphere and close to our favorite restaurants and must see and do’s.

Great Spring Break trip

We had a wonderful stay with our young kids during their Spring Break. The condo is much larger than I thought from the pictures, very comfortable, and had a great balcony overlooking the water. The beach was only steps away, and the pool (heated) was great. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great place to come to make memories with family and friends! Well stocked unit with everything you need to enjoy the beach and pool. Plenty of seating in the large living room and great kitchen.Great proximity to groceries, restaurants, shops, mini golf etc.

Spacious condo with great location

Condo was clean, larger than expected and has a pull out queen murphy style bed in the living room we didn’t know it had which was nice. Tons of seating area. Just steps away from the beach which my kids really enjoyed finding large shells on the beach. Pool area was nice and we got lucky each day getting a spot under the tiki hut. Really enjoyed the restaurant across the street and just a short walk to other restaurants close by. John’s Pass was awesome and really enjoyed the shops/food. We stopped and bought fish to cook dinner there and did jet skis. I would stay at this condo again.

The condo was excellent! It was clean and the furniture and kitchen appliances were in top notch condition. There was an abundance of dishes and silverware as well as coffee pot and keurig machine. There were many other appliances (crock pot blender etc.) The bathrooms were immaculate and fully tiled. The bedrooms were large and the mattresses were firm with plenty of pillows. The facility was fully renovated: pool, bathrooms, grill and shade nooks. All of the pool furniture was new. We had a wonderful experience!

Wonderful condo with direct beach access and pool. Great living room and two wonderful sleeping rooms, no reason to complain anything. Will be our favorite location for our next trips to Tampa Bay

Absolutely wonderful stay

We had an amazing 2 week. The condo is very well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach towels laundry detergent,dishwasher pod and so Much more. There was so much seating which we used all the time. It was very clean and tidy.we love the pool area and easy access to the beach. We will definitely book again soon.

First Couple Vacay

Tim & Sharon’s beautiful paradise was wonderful! It was so spacious for only two people, but even so, my boyfriend & I believed our son would’ve loved the second bedroom. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! The sectional couches in the living room were so comfortable. Everything was amazing! Definitely recommend this space for anyone!

Sharon and I began coming to Madeira Beach about 15 yrs. ago. We loved the area and loved the Seaview condo because of its friendly staff and people. Our dream was always to buy a beachfront property and someday retire to Florida.

Why they chose this property

We searched for a few years to find the right place but we never found a building that we loved like Seaview. We were here in 2013 and found this unit for sale and decided it was time for us to buy. It has been a great experience for us and we hope that everyone will enjoy it as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

Seaview 305 provides all of the comforts of home. We provide beach chairs and towels. Our kitchen is stocked with all of the items you need to enjoy your stay. Undercover parking with only steps to the elevator is a great convenience of Seaview 305. Just bring your luggage and we take care of the rest.
