About this property

Enjoy the Northwoods at this private luxury estate. Located on a quiet bay of Little St Germain Lake, this home has an impressive 170' of frontage and is nestled upon a beautiful 2.5-acre lot with large oak trees. The gently sloping yard allows easy access to the handicap pier.
This beautiful, handicap friendly home boasts an awesome 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. On the main floor, the master suite has a queen bed, a twin sofa sleeper and private bath with walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom has two twin beds; the third has a queen bed with access to the handicap bathroom.

The great room has a cathedral ceiling with decorative log beams, a wood burning fieldstone fireplace, and large windows overlooking the lake and yard. The kitchen highlights a snack bar island with granite countertops and fantastic appliances.

The daylight basement has another bathroom and two more bedrooms (each with a queen and a twin bed). The large family room features a wet bar, game table, and gas fireplace. There are 2 trundle daybeds to accommodate 4 additional people as well as plenty of floor space for sleeping bags.

Outside there is a screened porch, patio with charcoal grill, campfire pit with firewood, and playground area for the kids. Although the shoreline is mucky and not suitable for swimming, the private pier allows easy access to the lake for fishing, and other water sports.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love this cabin, has everything you need to enjoy a vacation Up North. Nice quiet , peaceful and plenty of nature all around. Very clean plenty of room, close to bars and restaurants. Customer service is excellent so helpful with any question you might have. Recommend Anchor Rentals to anyone who is looking for any size cabin because they have plenty to choose from.

Absolutely beautiful cabin has that Up North feeling !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Has everything you need for a great vacation. Beautiful lake views, large 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom cabin. We just love it here, wake up go out on pier watch Eagles fly. Watch the deer and black squirrels or take a nice relaxing walk down road. It truly is an amazing place and have plenty of memories to talk about for years. Everyone at Anchor Rentals is friendly and so helpful.

Nice location - poor management

Cabin is very nice. Great layout and views. It worked perfectly for our 3 families for our funeral gathering. Unfortunately this property is not set up well as a rental. Zero garbage bags, no shower towels or hand towels, no soap or shampoo in any of the 4 bathrooms, no WiFi in the house (not disclosed in advertisement), they had received about 5-6” of wet snow before check in and the driveway wasn’t plowed. Walkway was “raked” (no shovel on property, only garden rake). Zero extra TP or paper towel. They charge a hefty cleaning fee, but the folder says you are responsible to fully clean the property before you leave? AND checkout time is 8:00am? Who is going to vacuum and clean and get out by 8am? What a joke of a mgmt company. Nice place, but would not recommend staying at an Anchor Haven property.
