The first floor of this classic Cape May vacation Victorian features a front parlor plus a living room, so there is plenty of room for everyone. The dining room is located between the kitchen and the living room. First floor also has a half bath. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 hall baths. One bedroom has 2 single beds and direct access, through a private door, from the room into the hall bath with tub/shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The 2nd hall bath has a shower stall. The fourth bedroom is located on the third floor and has 3 single beds. There is a small backyard that is partially fenced. Off street parking available in the driveway. Home is located approximately 3 blocks from the beach and downtown.
