BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Don't know what you mean by review title

We were happy that we had a place to stay since our original condo that we booked that was a 3 bedroom had mold. But this condo was not good for more than 1couple. The half bath was not lady useable. Could not sit on the toilet because the room was too small. The shower in the only bathroom had very poor pressure. It was hard to get the shampoo out of my hair. Also the shower curtain had pink mold on the bottom of it. The location was good and it did have an elevator. One other thing the owner needs to do is not have so many nicknacks and the renter needs space to put groceries. Also you need to tell that there is no Latin the room. The washer and dryer that are on the floor are hard to figure out. I wasted money trying to figure it out. I tried to contact the company that owns them and was unable to call email or contact them.

604 Gulfhouse

It was a good location easy access to the beach. It was loud with the new construction nearby. The refrigerator should be replaced it really didn’t keep items as cold as needed, the water pressure in the shower is minimal, the ice maker didn’t produce much just for our drinks in glasses, items in bedrooms were dusty, ceiling fans, lamp bases, etc…in the small bathroom the toilet was so close to the wall it had to sat on sideways. The instructions stated to place laundry in provided laundry bags, there were none.

Great location

This was a daddy/daughter trip because she’s been missing the beach. The location is great. Beach side so no having to cross over the road, not far from shopping and restaurants. The condo was clean. Kitchen was stocked with most things you would need. There’s no storage containers so if you need that, bring it or buy some. My daughter loved having bunk beds in the guest room and refused to sleep in the queen size bed. The master has a king size bed is is comfortable. The hall bath has a shower (no tub) and is a walk in. I do like you can close a door to the toilet/shower if someone needs to use the bathroom vanity. The master bathroom is just a half bath. My mistake for not reading the description better before making the reservation. If you’re over 6’, good lock sitting on the toilet. My knees were literally touching the wall. It’s not a deal breaker. Since it was just me and my daughter, we could get around this. But if it’s a large family staying , not having a second bath/shower and the time half bath could cause issues. Like the master bath, I thought I saw there were washers and dryers in the condos but it’s coin operated on each floor. Again, not a deal breaker but I would have loved washing our clothes in the room before heading home. The couple of minor issues I had which were my fault for not reading more thoroughly would not keep me from renting this condo again.
