The Sea Breeze Condominium is an intimate complex within steps of the beautiful beach. It features the largest hot tub in Mad Beach and has a heated swimming pool as well, both beachside. Plenty of lounge chairs are situated around the pool patio. The tiki huts on the property are a nice addition when you just want to get out of the sun for a bit but still enjoy the fabulous weather. There is a BBQ grill area as well. Within walking distance from Sea Breeze is the world famous John's Pass Village, home to a variety of shops, stores, restaurants and bars. You will find something for everyone!

Unit is okay - Poor Management Company

There are plenty of lovely units at Sea Breeze and I would highly recommend you pay close attention to which management company you will be working with. While the unit was fine enough and very large, the kitchen did not have enough items. I couldn’t even find a bowl the correct size for a bag of popcorn. The bathrooms were not very clean, and the master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. The management company argued with me about a partial refund when the facilities were not open. The pool eventually opened very late into the week, but the hot tub was colder than the pool and there were no grills available, which we would have used. Every other family in our party was graciously given a 10% refund from the companies they booked with (also at Sea Breeze), without any hassle. We did not get what we paid for and yet, while they told me they discounted their rates for others, they would not accommodate us in any way. Be very aware of the poor customer service with unit 201. Pick a different unit!

Family Vacation

The condo was nice and clean. The elevator is extremely slow- so we used the steps a lot. Beach was beautiful and family oriented. Pool is a little small (but kids swam) and we had issues with teenagers jumping the fence to swim and party (Police were there twice- second time they threw fireworks at our condo-causing more police and fire department)

A nice stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Breeze is a nice spot, walking distance to the Pass and a quick drive to Reddington. FLVR was amazing and we were lucky to get an early check in. #201 was clean and had lots of kitchen items that we used. Unfortunately lots of things were outdated especially considering the price. The homemade master bed frame was disappointing but was at least better than the worn out mattress and old pillows that made getting a good rest near impossible. I was ok with no closet in the master as well. The second bedroom was fine. The microwave looked at least 20 years old and we were too scared to use the dishwasher. I also missed that there is NO washer/dryer in the unit (a super slow elevator ride to other floors). The beach access was great and community beach items in the room and in the garage was nice. I would stay at the Sea Breeze and use FLVR again but not in #201

Great Location

The location was amazing. Little use of the elevator because of second floor. Which was great because it’s super busy. Well stocked condo. (Kitchen and bath towels) Primary bathroom door definitely needs to be fixed!!! Loved the space and we will be returning next year!!

Outdated and Lots of Noise

Continually heard people walking and children running from unit above. Garbage and recycle trucks were very loud when picking up right outside bedroom window early in the morning. Expected much better arrangements for the high price.

The sliding glass door is original and very loose , it shook in its track all week long. The guest bedroom window does not lock. Some screens are so deteriorated that you can’t see clearly through them. We had a wonderful time. I would rent this condo again. Thank you.

Always have a really nice place and highly recommend it. It’s very close to johns pass (a boardwalk with lots of fun shops and restaurants) and we walked on the sidewalk going to johns pass and on the beach on the way to the condo.

Great beach condo!

Love the location. Condo was roomy for a 2 bedroom. Checkin and key drop off are way down the beach a tad inconvenient. Condo was great though!

The wood frame of main door appeared as to the place had been broken into, that should be redone so people feel safe and secure. We had 2 1/2 rolls of tp upon arrival and no kitchen towels or wash cloths. Usually that is provided in other places we’ve stayed. This place had nothing! Bare minimum! We won’t stay in this place again. Management team was great!

Medeira Beach

Roomy, homey condo. Quiet area but full of activity. Amazing beach and perfect location. We loved this condo and this vacation. Highly recommended. Cupboards are well stocked with all kinds of things. So much better than a resort or hotel.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location, size and layout of the unit. However the cupboard fronts and tile tops were filthy. The exhaust fan in master bath was so dirty I wouldn't touch it to clean it. A mirror door above vanity fell out if I opened it. One of the patio tables didn't sit even unless books were put under 2 legs. Screens were in very bad condition. Unit needs lots of attention to cleanliness.

Best locatiion needs updates.

We have stayed at the Seabreeze once before in a different unit. We absolutely love the location! This unit wasn't quit as clean as the last. There was a lot of thick dust on the ceilings (above the stove and in master), tv in the master was covered in sticky bubbles, and the bedding didn't seem clean. We had to wash it prior to sleeping in it. The bed frame in the master is very unstable and one leg was held up by a paper back book. We flew into Tampa late and didn't rent a car. Cars are very expensive now and hard to obtain since covid so we opted for uber. The location is amazing so there is no need for a car once you are at the seabreeze. Taking an uber 15 minutes out of the way to pick up the keys seems silly. The units should be keyless entry as so many on site are. Our flight back was at 545AM so we were dealing with dropping off the keys at 3AM which was also an inconvenience. The location is top notch and we would stay here again but it needs a good cleaning and a couple of updates.

201 Sea Breeze Madeira Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and clean, the view was gorgeous. There were a few things in the condo that could use some repair, but overall it was in good condition. All of the appliances worked and the A/C kept things cool. The threshold piece between the 2nd bedroom and the hallway was missing, so the kids had to be careful where they stepped when they didn't have shoes on. One of the lights above the dining table flickered so much we couldn't use it. The blinds in the master bedroom had a broken slat. The door to the master bedroom balcony was almost impossible to open and close completely. It took a lot of strength to get it to latch. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was clean. We loved that there was a Keurig in the kitchen for coffee. The bathrooms were also very clean and everything worked well. Overall it was a nice place to stay for a week, but could use some minor repairs to make it really nice.

Great Time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was nice but didn't seem super clean when we arrived. It worked great for our family. Lots of space. We did not like that we had to go 15 minutes out of our way to get the keys and pick them up. Check in on location would be easier. We loved everything the building had to offer. The pool and beach access was awesome.

Disappointing - needs a good cleaning

The Ottoman is peeling on the edges, the front of the Refrigerator is bubbled up and has an orange stain/streak, the kitchen faucet doesn’t turn off properly, the light switches were filthy, the master bath exhaust fan and return air vent in hallway right inside the front door caked with dust. The master bath shower had hair from a previous renter and a ball of hair in the shower drain. We had to wear flip flops to even take a shower. Ground in dirt in grout in master bathroom. We have stayed in other units in the Sea Breeze and never had any issues. I would not recommend renting this unit as it is dirty. For the amount of money we spent to rent this for the week, I expected a lot better than this. The building itself is great - nice pool and hot tub, great location and perfect balcony views of the gulf.
