MAINTENANCE MONTH - Begins the Saturday after Thanksgiving when our building uses this time to upgrade and unit owners do as well. There's a possibility the parking lot will be repaved during this time. Guest might have to park off-site so we've posted a deep discounted rate of $895 per week base rent for our spacious GULF-FRONT unit.

KEYS will be on-site when you arrive! Seaview has a CONVENIENT on-site management office in the lobby so you can check-in on-site! This is a plus. Listen to Waves from your Gulf-Front balcony. Unit #405 is a SW corner, 'Smoke-Free', 1,525 s.f. unit in a 25-unit building directly on beautiful Madeira Beach's Gulf of Mexico. Friendly On-Site Property Management, assigned under building parking & more.
PARKING: At check-in you are given one (1) assigned parking pass for #405. Seaview has additional spaces: 6 visitor and 2 handicap . The office will gladly assign you another pass or help you find a spot for your extra car when the property isn't sold-out. However, when Seaview is sold-out (holidays, July 4th, peak season) your extra car might have to be parked off-site. Our building's web site, SeaviewCondominiums, has parking information.
