The open floor plan of the cabin creates a welcoming and spacious atmosphere, while the wood-burning fireplace provides a warm and inviting ambiance. Whether you're cuddled up with a good book or enjoying a glass of wine with friends, the fireplace is the perfect spot to relax and unwind.







Step outside and take in the natural beauty of the Toccoa River from the comfort of the wrap-around porch. The hot tub is the perfect spot to soak away any stress or tension, as you listen to the soothing sound of the river flowing by.

Toccozy Cabin Retreat is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath + loft  mountain cabin that sleeps up to eight (8) people and offers the following:



King master on the main level with a 40" Smart TV

Main level communal bathroom with walk-in shower & soaking tub

Upper-level queen bedroom with two (2) queen beds with 32' TV

Upper-level communal bathroom with tub/shower combo

Open loft with queen bed

The great room has a wood-burning fireplace (a starter bundle of firewood provided October 1st- April 1st), 50" Smart TV 

Terrace-level game room with 40' TV with local cable, pool table, and foosball

Hot Tub

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:







Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1 washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.



Required Fees include $170 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, a processing fee, guest service fee, and a 13% lodging tax
