Sailfish Gulf Suites is a Gulf front, Old Florida style ground level
accommodation which guarantees your most memorable beach vacation!

Sailfish Gulf Suites is comprised of 4 separate suites. Suite 3 has
garden views and is just a few steps to the beach.

It features 1
bedroom with king size bed, a sleeper sofa with a queen bed, and 1
tub/shower and is approximately 700 square feet. This suite
accommodates up to 4 persons.

Just steps from your suite, there is a large, shared patio area with
tables, chairs, umbrellas, and a gas/charcoal grills. From there,
you can enjoy wonderful island breezes, views of the dunes, and the
beautiful turquoise water. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio
while the dolphins swim along the shoreline or enjoy a glass of wine
while watching the most amazing sunsets. There are outdoor showers
on either side of the complex for rinsing off your sandy feet and a
shared laundry room on site.

A host of amenities are just a short walk away including shopping,
restaurants, and a full service grocery store. The nearby Manatee
Public beach offers a lifeguard tower, onsite concessions, showers,
playground, and volleyball courts. Hop on the free Anna Maria
Trolley to explore the island on your own.

Sailfish Gulf Suites has the perfect vintage feel of an Old Florida

I hope no one reads this review because I don’t want anyone else to know what an absolute gem this property is. Proximity to Publix, the Manatee Beach, a trolley stop, and the beach makes this rental absolute perfection. Being steps away from the beach set us up for easy and carefree beach days. The rental offered the necessities and to make this happen as well. The unit was a perfect size for just my husband and I. I will not be telling a single soul about this absolutely perfect place. I can’t wait for our next trip to AMI, this rental will be on our list of places we have to stay again!

Loved this place!!

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and had the BEST time. It was so conveniently located, and we had everything we needed. My only complaint was the furniture was a tad uncomfortable, but we definitely plan to stay here again so it wasn’t that bad. It was nice that we had nice beach chairs and umbrellas, and we didn’t have to buy or rent anything. Definitely one of my favorite VRBO’s.

Perfect vacation

There are not enough words to convey how perfect our trip was. The property was even more beautiful than the photos online. The amenities included made it so easy to simply relax and enjoy the beach that was only steps from our door. Our unit was absolutely immaculate, and we cannot wait to go back!

Perfect for Couples

First time AMI visitors. When we saw this little gem online, we booked it right away for our anniversary. Inside was comfortable, clean, and bright and had been recently freshened up with some nice modern touches. Access to the beach via the patio, equipped with nice tables and chairs, was quick and easy. The location was peaceful and relatively quiet which was nice. Will definitely stay again!

Very Bice Place

This is a very nice, quiet place to stay. Just a few steps to the beach & within walking distance to many other places (restaurants, grocery, CVS, etc.) Has everything you need for your trip to the beach & nice laundry facilities. Very comfortable & clean. I had a small issue w/garbage disposal and Tamie had someone there very quickly to fix it. Highly recommend.

Old Florida charm , with Holmes Beach just out your door .

The logistics ; check in check out , laundry etc . could not have been easier . Very clean, and nicely furnished. Beautiful location , right next to the trolley stop , and a block away and a half away from a Publix market . Clear water , white sand and saw dolphins during two of our beautiful sunsets ; what more could one ask for ?

Great Property and Amazing Host

Cannot say enough about the property and the host. While this is a garden suite, from your front door to the communal patio with stunning ocean views is literally 10 steps away. And then you have a short relaxing stroll through the sand dunes right onto the beach itself. Everything about the suite is very beautifully decorated. Kitchen has everything you need and more (there was even a steamer basket and a cheese grater) with plenty of serving platters and bowls for snacks, etc. The big kitchen island was really nice to have when cooking and watching TV at the same time and staying connected to those sitting in the living room. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer, everything else you'd expect. Bedroom and bathroom are exactly what you need for a stay at the beach. Host immediately responded when I asked for extra linens. I wanted to wash my laundry before heading home so that I didn't kill my vacation buzz by having to do laundry when I got home and the washer/dryer was right next to our unit so it was easy access. Could not have asked for more (other than two days without rain - the other 7 were great) LOL.
