The Breakers is an oceanfront property, in the heart of the much-desired Coligny Beach area of Hilton Head. Nestled in between SeaCrest Resort (Home of famous Pool Bar Jim's beach bar) and Beach House Resort & Tiki Hut. The Breakers is located within a short walking distance to many south end area shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, and activities.

The property was wonderful and the owner's were great to work with! We got there a couple hours early and the owner's were great about letting us know when we could get in, even though it was before check-in time. This was a great location; easy walk to the beach, and to some shopping and food/ice cream. The property itself was very clean and well stocked.

Perfect unit for small family

This unit was very clean, updated, close to coligny and the beach and exactly as described. It’s perfect for a family of 4-6 with smaller sized kids for the bunks. We easily communicated with the owner and we had everything we needed. Thanks for a great trip!
