Exquisitely renovated 1 queen BR/1 BA condo, with additional built-in hallway bunkbeds and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The Breakers is an oceanfront property, in the heart of the much-desired Coligny Beach area of Hilton Head. Nestled in between SeaCrest Resort (Home of famous Pool Bar Jim's beach bar) and Beach House Resort & Tiki Hut. The Breakers is located within a short walking distance to many south end area shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, and activities.

Great condo within walking distance to all Coligny Beach has to offer. Was clean and an updated unit with all the things you would need to enjoy your stay. Communication with owner was great. Thank you for a fun weekend stay!

We had a wonderful visit and will definitely be back! The condo was very clean and the perfect size for our family of 4. We absolutely loved how it was just steps from the beach and it was in walking distance to all of Coligny plaza. We would recommend it to anyone!

Great stay!

The property was wonderful and the owner's were great to work with! We got there a couple hours early and the owner's were great about letting us know when we could get in, even though it was before check-in time. This was a great location; easy walk to the beach, and to some shopping and food/ice cream. The property itself was very clean and well stocked.

The overall experience was good. The building is getting older and in need of updating. The condo was nice inside. The only complaint is that there were no closets at all. We had a good time and would go back again.

Excellent property

Everything exactly as pictured! Great location…steps from shopping, restaurants, bars and grocery store. Perfect for romantic getaway. Parking not a problem. The owner, Renee, was very accessible and prompt with answering questions. Would stay again!

Perfect getaway

Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on Hilton Head Island. Close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Condo was spectacular and looked exactly as the images showed. Hope to visit again in the summer months!

Had everything we needed!

Hilton Head Happy!

We enjoyed our recent stay at 201 Breakers Oceanfront. We were visiting friends in Bluffton and decided to stay on Hilton Head to blend some beach time into our trip. The condo was clean and comfortable. It gave us easy access to the beach, bike rentals, restaurants, live music, shopping and beautiful walking paths on North Forest Beach Drive! Great stay!

Perfect location!

Clean and cute condo In the middle of everything! We parked the car and walked to everything- the beach, restaurants, grocery, shopping and entertainment, yet very quiet at night. This condo was sparkling clean and the host was very patient with all my questions and very responsive. I would definitely stay again.

Great experience overall. Only comment is that we could not access the pool on the property. Location to beach and shops very close and overall clean and convenient.

Very clean little place

This was a great place for me to stay with my 3 kids. We wanted one last trip before my son goes to college. The space was very clean. Great location!! We could walk to the beach and to get food! We didn’t have to move our car at all! The beds were comfortable and the owner was very responsive and kind! Great stay!
