Amazing Santa Rosa Wine Escape Home

Two bedrooms and a fun-loving backyard are here for you. Use this home as a perfect starting point for your wine adventure, Northern California outdoor excursions, or your family holiday.

Located across the street from a community park in a safe neighborhood, you’ll appreciate being able to pull right up into the driveway of this house.

The LIVING ROOM is laid out around a deep plush sofa with a matching loveseat. A rug covers the hardwood floor to add warmth. A wall-mounted TV is there to Netflix & chill, or you can open the sliding glass door and enjoy the backyard.

The DINING ROOM exchanges the smooth grey tones of the living room for vibrant blush-colored chairs that surround a round dining table. This round table offers intimacy for dinner, drinks or a board game with the family.

The KITCHEN is fully stocked: knives, a blender, a coffee maker, serving dishes, eating dishes, utensil basically everything you will need to whip up whatever you crave or to serve up delivery pizza.

Both bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and organic linens ensure sound sleep. BEDROOM #1 has a queen bed and BEDROOM #2 has a king. The BATHROOM is bright with a full shower and tub.

The BACKYARD is the epitome of cool. Edison-style lights are draped above the lawn. A mix of Adirondack chairs and outdoor furniture can be arranged to enjoy the sun during the day or the stars at night.

A WASHER & DRYER, a dedicated WORKSPACE in the living room, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the residence make this a place where you can get it all done.

PETS are welcome. Please let us know if your furry friends will be joining you at the time of booking (a $135 per-stay charge is required).

We enjoyed our brief stop in Sonoma in mid June for wine tasting. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. We did not need air conditioning but this may be more of an issue as the summer progresses. Clean, safe nice neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Well-stocked, spotless, and comfy! Great location, neighborhood street, easy drive from 2 highways. Top 3 amenities: connected garage with driveway, sleeper sofa, washer-dryer with Tide sensitive pods. Top 3 details from a thoughtful owner: night lights, Ziplock bags, lots of clothes hangers. Kitchen well-stocked, including dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, and kettle. Bathroom has large tub & fluffy towels. Two good-sized bedrooms with comfy beds, fans, & large closets. Private backyard with outdoor furniture. Some supplies for kids: Pack & Play, high chair, toys. Would definitely return to this location.

house is very comfy and clean with everything you may need to prepare your meals. I gave 4 star to location because is in front of a school and could be noisy at pick up and drop off during school hours but not a big deal to us

cute and clean at a great price

The place was just as pictured. Cute and clean. Very comfy beds, plenty of towels, linens, blankets, etc. Strong wifi which is important for those, like me, working from home. Good communication with the host, too. It's a really good deal for Santa Rosa. except it is a duplex, not a house. It's connected to the other house by their garage, so no shared walls. One thing to note: It was very warm when I arrived, and there is only a portable AC unit, which doesn't cool the whole place down. very efficiently. But, overall it was a pleasant, relaxing stay.

The Perfect vacation home

From the initial contact with the host I was very impressed. Her response time and detailed messages really put both my wife and I minds at ease. The pictures do not do the property any justice as the house looks better in person. PROS: Great location fully furnished and well equipped with every amenity Clean and newly remodeled with well appointed furniture and and modern design esthetic. Friendly neighbors and safe neighborhood with a park across the street. CON: We encountered a two day heat wave and the house does not feature central Air. We made it manageable by using the fans in the home and two additional fans that we purchased to help cool thigs off.

The Santa Rosa Wine Home is located in West Santa Rosa, a beautiful and quiet residential area filled with trees, nice families and a community park nearby. Within walking distance is a playground, a park to run laps and a place to take your dog on a stroll. By the way did you know that the nearest winery is only eight minutes away from the home.
