Our family has loved Mammoth for over 25 years. With three boys now grown, some of our best memories are skiing, hiking, and fishing together in these beautiful mountains. Mammoth has been our second home for decades, and we’re grateful to share it with guests who want to experience the same adventure, relaxation, and natural beauty that keep us coming back year after year.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature. Our home is a lower-level, single-story condo with incredible views of the Sherwin Mountains and a peaceful creek just steps from the backyard—where I love dipping my toes in the cool water. The meadow behind is perfect for barbecues, relaxing, or playing in the snow. We also love the convenience—tennis courts, the pool and spa, the new ice rink, children’s playground, and town are all within walking distance.

What makes our property unique is the love and care we’ve put into making it a true home away from home. Since this is our family’s second home, we’ve added everything we enjoy ourselves and want our guests to enjoy too—from an 85-inch TV for movie nights, to a wood-burning fireplace with firewood provided, to a designated workstation for those who need to stay connected. The setting is equally special, with a large meadow in the backyard where you can relax in a chair or on a blanket and listen to the soothing creek. Combined with the spectacular mountain views, it’s the perfect balance of comfort, relaxation, and nature.
