Beach Place #107 - If location is what you are looking for on your vacation in southern Madeira Beach, then Beach Place #107 is a great opportunity to live steps from the ocean waters. Enjoy breathtaking views from your own private balcony surrounded by comfort in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo. This bright and open retreat has everything you need for an memorable visit. The open, spacious floor plan will make you feel right at home. The updated kitchen, with granite countertops, newer stainless steel appliances is well equipped for all of your cooking needs. Free Wifi

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom is nicely decorated and provides two queen sized beds, with access to the balcony for its stunning views. The second guest room also offers two queen sized beds, plenty of closet space and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom contains two twin beds, making this condo a perfect spot for larger or extended families. Washer and dryer, three televisions, high speed internet and two parking spots are also included. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

One big attraction to this popular unit is its premier location to not only the beaches, heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities, but also it is just across the street from John's Pass Village, a sought after destination for tourists and year round residents alike. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gump's, Hooters and Hubbard's Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Fantastic

We stayed for a week at beach place 107. Great location right on the beach and across from John’s pass. Everything we needed was within walking distance. I will definitely stay at Beach Place again!

Loved the location; carpet wasn't very clean from your cleaning service - was spilled/dried/caked old salsa on carpet we cleaned up; fridge has cracked top shelf, cracked shelf in door and drawer doesn't go into ridges may want to fix before it gets worse; but otherwise very lovely place and really enjoyed it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The area was amazing! Beautiful beaches during the week low crowds but the weekend was busy. This condo sits next to a public beach access. We rented a car but definitely didn’t have to have one. Johns pass is right behind the condo so dining and entertainment was easy. Did a sunset cruise on the tiki boat and some went parasailing. Everyone we came in contact with was great. The pool guy came every morning and he does a fantastic job cleaning the pool and surrounding area. And for those of you that like to venture out Anna Maria is only an hour away. I can’t say enough great things about the area. The only down side I would say is that our condo could probably use a deep cleaning and the beds were not very comfortable. But overall we would stay here again.

We were a late arrival and they made sure we had everything we needed to access the unit. The unit was spacious and the location was everything we wanted. It was mostly clean with the exception of the floors. They were filthy and your feet were black after walking on them. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pots and pans were in bad shape. Not enough silverware. Took at least two cycles to dry your clothes. Washer worked fine. Owners need to make some updates.

However, when we went to use the dishes provided, they were dirty, and every dish had to be washed. Beach Place needs 2 pools. More than 15 people in the pool from 12 noon to 4 pm. Couldn't enjoy pool, wall to wall people.

Reviewer Comments: Location is unbeatable but furniture is very worn, dirty- needs vacuuming under cushions, floor was dirty even though still wet from mopping when we got into the unit. Dryer didn’t dry clothes properly- took hours and multiple cycles. Most towels were threadbare. Knives were very dull, not enough spoons. We tried to book a different unit for next year and Sun Host assured us of a unit then hours later told us they made a mistake and that unit was not available. This happened 3 times. They gave a weak excuse that changes in booking process caused a double booking. Then they cancelled the 3rd time even though we signed a contract and paid a deposit- we decided to walk away and not do business with Sun Host. Very unprofessional way of doing business. We were repeat customers, too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time staying at Beach Place (first time in #107). The location can't be beat. Overall the experience was good, however the bathtub in the bathroom off the kitchen was disgusting. I'm sure it was cleaned so it must just be stained but spend a few hundred dollars and have it re-glazed. You're charging $3,000 a week for that unit, the tub should not be black. My only other complaint would be that the gate leading to the beach was broke and did not lock. This allowed the general public to access the beach from Beach Place parking lot. There were a significant amount of people doing this. I watched many people over the week use the Beach Place outdoor shower, walk through the gate, walk through the parking lot and walk down Gulf Blvd to go to another building they were staying at. This gate should be secured at all times for guest safety.I don't know the gentleman's name that cleans the pool in the morning but he should be given a raise. This person takes pride in their job. Its very redundant to do the same thing day in and day out but every morning he was there wit a smile on his face doing an impeccable job. Kudos to you Mr. Pool Cleaner Guy.

The only issue we had with our unit Beach Place #107 was that it is not very well stocked with kitchen supplies. We usually decide to stay in a night or two and cook. I don’t really think we could have accomplished that had we tried. There doesn’t seem to be very many dishes or cookware available. Our unit accommodated 8 and only had 3 or 4 cereal bowls. Other that that and being a little outdated we loved our stay! No other complaints to report. We will definitely stay at Beach place again!

Toilets took three times to flush, constantly ran and you really can't spring for barstools for the kitchen counter? The chairs don't quite reach and the one on the far right has a broken leg. Tv stand is on a broken book case? Interior is older, carpet was pretty rough and doesn't make sense in this kind of unit. We vacuumed everyday. Surprised to find very little towels, no beach items available for use and just overall kind of bummed at the state of the condo. Even when we arrived it felt like it was only half cleaned. Dirty water left standing on the kitchen floor? Also why do we have to check in? I thought that process was very annoying I had a hard time finding where the office was. The address given is the wrong location and parking was a nightmare. Someone was in our parking spot and three different spots were given only to be called later to move.

Reviewer Comments: Blood stain on sheets, head board in master were not connected so if you moved in bed it would clang against the wall. Dryer was rusted and sounded like it was going to blow up. Walls had scuff and dirt marks. Sliding door must of been replaced as there were broken pieces along inside of track. Condo was so out dated with old furniture in every room and old carpet.Have stayed at same location before but different unit. Will think twice b4 going back.
